Гермоввод состоит из:
штуцера — патрубка с резьбой для соединения изделия с оборудованием;
прокладки, обеспечивающей герметичность соединений;
крепежной и накидной гаек.
Приспособления обладают прижимной конструкцией — гайка прижимает провод через уплотнитель до достижения гермитичности. Поэтому один и тот же гермоввод применим к кабелям разных диаметров (диапазон составляет 2—3 мм). Наилучшая герметичность достигается, если диаметр переходника приближен к диаметру провода.
Как выбрать
При выборе нужно руководствоваться следующим:
Взрывозащищенность. Если необходим ввод кабеля на взрывозащищенное оборудование, переходник должен иметь соответствующую маркировку, соответствовать ГОСТ Р МЭК 60079, быть сертифицированным по ТР ТС 012/2011. Обратите внимание, что существуют различные классы взрывозащиты.
Материал изготовления. Подбирается в зависимости от агрессивности окружающей среды. Для домашних распаечных коробок подойдет пластиковый герметичный ввод — он недорого стоит, обеспечивает достаточную защиту. Если условия эксплуатации предполагают механические повреждения, воздействия влаги, необходим стальной, латунный или латунь-никелевый переходник.
Тип и размер резьбы. Она может быть метрическая, коническая, дюймовая. Соединение должно соответствовать пазу под гермоввод.
Размеры уплотнителей должны попадать в диапазон внутреннего и наружного диаметров кабеля. Эти данные можно получить из справочных материалов. К примеру, если диаметр провода с обшивкой — 13 мм, а без обшивки — 11 мм, то и уплотнитель должен быть от 11 до 13 мм. Рекомендуется брать усредненное значение. В описанном случае — 12 мм. Так уплотнитель будет плотно и безопасно прижимать проводник — не повредит его, но и не слетит.
Материал изготовления уплотнителя. Силиконовые изделия не теряют своих свойств в диапазоне от -60 до +120°С, неопреновые — от -60 до +68°С. Характеристики могут немного отличаться — зависят от конкретного вида материала, способа его получения.
В разных случаях могут потребоваться дополнительные детали: наконечник для присоединения металлорукава, крепление под заземление, контргайка.
