Ограничений в выборе материалов практически нет, пол можно делать с глины, бетона, дерева или просто оставить хорошо утрамбованную землю. Рассмотрим плюсы и минусы каждого вида.
Дерево
Это своего рода классика и эталон элитной бани. Ведь как приятно войти в помещение, пахнущее ароматным деревом, ступить на тёплый пол и попариться дубовым веничком. Довольно популярный вариант, имеющий как преимущества, так и недостатки.
Основными достоинствами деревянного пола в бане можно назвать привлекательный внешний вид, экономию и экологичность. Дерево является натуральным материалом, которое равномерно прогревается и не выделяет в воздух никаких токсических испарений.
Дерево нуждается в особенном уходе. Такой пол требует установки правильного слива, чтобы не было застоя воды, и эффективной вентиляции. Иначе дерево начнёт загнаиваться, будет издавать неприятный запах и со временем разрушиться. Повышенная влажность станет идеальным местом для развития грибка, плесени и других, опасных для здоровья, микроорганизмов.
Чтобы этого избежать, необходимо обязательно обрабатывать древесину специальными пропитками, а также тщательно проветривать помещение. Некоторые технологии строительства пола предусматривают возможность просушивания досок на свежем воздухе. Правда, такой процесс является весьма трудоёмким.
Бетон
Довольно неплохой вариант, так как бетон имеет отличные эксплуатационные качества. Но бетон достаточно холодный, а это не очень подходит бане. Для его монтажа потребуется особая технология, которая предполагает утепление и гидроизоляцию.
Бетонный пол нужно укладывать с наклоном в сторону слива, чтобы вода не задерживалась, а быстро стекала в канализацию. Также, для удобства и лучшего эстетичного вида, лучше сверху уложить кафельную плитку. Дабы избежать скольжения и снизить травмоопасность, поверх кафеля стоит положить деревянную решётку. Её можно легко выносить, чтобы проветрить и высушить, да и так будет удобно мыть плитку.
Глина
Является не лучшим вариантом, так как глина абсолютно не пропускает воду. В помещении с повышенной влажностью она быстро набухает, а во время высыхания – трескается. В образовавшихся трещинах размножаются бактерии и опасные микроорганизмы. Это может быть не только опасным для здоровья, но и вызовет в бане неприятный затхлый запах.
Разновидности пола в бане
Полы в бане могут быть двух видов: те, которые протекают и те, которые не протекают.
- Протекающие полы. Их особенность в том, что доски укладывают на лаги со щелями для свободного слива воды. Они могут быть удобными тем, что в случае необходимости, доски можно вынести, просушить, а пространство под ними хорошенько вымыть. Но, с другой стороны, это весьма трудоёмкий процесс, которым часто никто не будет заниматься.
- Не протекающие полы. Суть монтажа в том, что доски плотно прибиваются к лагам, вода стекает не под ними, а по них. Ими пользуются до тех пор, пока доска не начнёт прогневать, а потом просто меняют на новые. Если помещение постоянно проветривать и высушивать, доски прослужат значительно дольше.
Строительство пола в бане своими руками
Технология монтажа пола в бане своими руками не сложная. Мы рассмотрим ключевые моменты, как деревянного пола, так и бетонного. Это два самых популярных, практичных и востребованных варианта.
Деревянный пол
Весь процесс строительства деревянного пола разделим на несколько этапов:
- Обустройство стоек-опор. Для работы понадобятся брусья 15*15 см или лаги 18-ти сантиметровым сечением. Они будут крепиться на доски настила. Стоит учитывать, что на лаги придётся довольно высокая нагрузка, поэтому в качестве материала опор лучше использовать кирпич или железобетон. Толщина стоек должна быть не меньше 15 см, а ширина – сантиметров на 7 больше опор. Перед тем, как укладывать лаги, опоры стоит покрыть гидроизоляционным материалом. Можно использовать обычный рубероид, толь, пергамин или битум.
- Строительство подпола. Технология отличается в зависимости от вида пола. Если это протекающий пол, необходимо на грунт насыпать слой щебня (это если почва отличается высокой степенью впитывания воды) или установить глиняный замок к приямку под наклоном.
- Непререкаемый пол требует дополнительного утепления подпола керамзитом. Для нормальной вентиляции воздуха необходимо оставить пространство до лаг не менее 15 см.
- Монтаж лаг и укладка досок. Для протекающего пола нет особых требований по укладке лаг, делать это можно с любой стороны. А вот для не протекающего пола следует придерживаться инструкции. Сначала делается обычный черновой пол с гидроизоляционным и теплоизоляционным слоем. На него прикрепляют шпунтованные доски. Паз доски необходимо направить внутрь бани, а крепление производить гвоздями или шурупами-глухарями. Нужно не забыть про наклон в сторону для отлива воды.
Деревянный пол требует гидроизоляционной и антисептической обработки, особенно это касается зоны под полом, лаг и нижней части половых досок. От качества выполненных работ зависит срок эксплуатации деревянного пола.
Для покраски тоже нужно брать антибактериальные и влагозащитные составы, которые наносятся в несколько слоёв. Пол из хвойных пород прослужит дольше, так как смола, которая остаётся внутри дерево, защитит его от разрушения.
Бетонный пол
Главными преимуществами бетонного пола можно назвать стойкость к перепадам температур, гниению, простота ухода и отличные эксплуатационные качества.
Для того чтобы залить бетонный пол, необходимо провести подготовительные работы. Для начала, тщательно утрамбовывается грунт и укладывается подушка из щебня. Его стоит предварительно пропитать битумом для равномерного распределения и удерживания нагрузок.
Так как сам по себе бетон очень холодный, должное внимание уделяется теплоизоляции. Здесь можно пойти двумя путями, в зависимости от предпочтений и возможностей: уложить бетон в 2 слоя, а между ними утеплитель, или обустроить поверх бетона тёплый пол.
Если вы выбираете вариант двойной укладки, необходимо правильно мешать бетонный раствор. Он будет отличаться в слоях. Для низа, необходимо дополнительно добавить крупный щебень (диаметром 35 мм). Вылить слой не меньше 15 см толщиной. Если помещение бани не очень большое, можно одновременно залить весь пол, в противном случае, разделить площадь на полосы, чтобы пол получился ровный и красивый.
В раствор для верхнего слоя добавляется мелкий щебень. Чтобы стяжка получилась гладкой, за бетоном стоит ухаживать. Нельзя допустить его пересыхания, увлажняйте пол несколько дней до полного застывания, засыпьте поверхность опилками.
Утепление
Современные производители предлагают достаточно широкий выбор утеплителя. Стоит выбирать такой, который стойкий к влаге, ведь в помещении бани её всегда будет в излишестве. Например, можно остановить свой выбор на керамзите с песком, шлаке, минвате, пенополистироле, пенобетоне. Укладывать любой утеплитель нужно на гидроизоляционный слой. Для этого обычно используют рубероид или полиэтиленовую плёнку.
Для отделки бетонного пола лучше использовать керамическую плитку. Она проста в монтаже и не требует особого ухода. Для укладки плитки не нужно заливать второй слой бетона со щебнем, достаточно сделать стяжку из особого цемента. Слой всего в 15 мм такого раствора послужит надёжной основой для отделки керамикой финишного пола.
