Устройство мансардного помещения актуальный и действенный метод расширения жилой площади частного дома. Однако в этом случае требуется решить вопрос подъема на верхний этаж. Ошибки, допущенные при проектировании и монтаже лестничной конструкции, способны обнулить все преимущества мансардного помещения. Непродуманное место размещения и тип конструкции могут съесть дополнительные метры, приобретенные при обустройстве жилой комнаты.
Исходя из варианта расположения лестницы относительно дома выделяют два типа конструкций: наружная и внутренняя.
Внешняя лестница может использоваться как временная или постоянная. Наружная конструкция имеет некоторые особенности:
Внутренняя планировка лестницы наиболее распространенный вариант. Если площадь дома позволяет, то такая конструкция оптимальное решение. Мансардная лестница может стать украшением интерьера, а в зимнее время для подъема на второй этаж не надо будет идти через улицу. Возможный недостаток задействование полезной площади.
По типу конструкции выделяют пять основных типов лестниц на мансарду:

Основными конструктивными элементами лестницы являются: косоур, проступь и подступеньки.
Косоур несущая балка. По сути это доска, на которой выпилены фрагменты под установку ступеней. При изготовлении деревянной лестницы толщина косоура не должна быть менее 50 мм, минимально допустимая ширина 250 мм. Как правило, используют две несущие балки. Дополнительный косоур монтируется, если ширина мансардной лестницы превышает 1,2 метра.
Проступь горизонтальная часть ступени, на которую наступают во время ходьбы. При разработке чертежа надо учитывать, что чем больше расстояние между несущими балками, тем крепче должны быть ступени. Для изготовления этих деталей применяются доски толщиною 25-50 мм. Проступи имеют нависание над надлежащей ступенью в размере 20-40 мм.
Подступеньки вертикальная часть между проступями. Этот конструктивный элемент обычно не несет нагрузки. В некоторых вариантах лестниц подступеньки вообще отсутствуют такой подъем визуально кажется легче.
Выбор материала для изготовления деревянной лестницы на мансарду
Лестничная конструкция полноценная часть интерьера, а в случае наружной лестницы на мансарду важный архитектурный элемент. Выбирая дизайн и материал лестницы, надо ориентироваться на интерьер дома.
Деревянные лестницы подходят ко многим стилевым направлениям и легко вписываются в интерьер. Кроме того, работать с деревом проще, чем с другим материалом. Поэтому, если планируется самостоятельное изготовления лестницы, то лучше выбирать именно древесину.
Важно! Дерево нуждается в защитной обработке, повышающей устойчивость материала к влажности и возгоранию.
Возводить лестницу можно как из хвойных, так и лиственных пород дерева. Идеальный вариант из хвойных кедр и лиственница. Древесина хорошо выглядит, проста в обработке и практически не поддается гниению.
Ель немного уступает по своим характеристикам. Ее основной недостаток наличие большого количества сучков. Легко работать с сосною, дополнительный плюс древесины доступная стоимость.
Из лиственных пород для создания лестницы лучше подходит дуб. На втором месте по эксплуатационным характеристикам бук, а на третьем ясень.
Металлические мансардные лестницы подчеркивают индивидуальность дизайна дома. Конструкция очень прочная и надежная. Металлу можно придать любой цвет или заказать хромирование решение зависит от стилистики мансарды и всего помещения.
Самостоятельно возвести лестницу из металла достаточно сложно потребуется сварочный аппарат и опыт работы с ним.
Каменные или бетонные лестницы тяжеловесы, которые зрительно отягощают интерьер дома. Подобный подъем лучше возводить снаружи дома. Впоследствии лестницу можно оштукатурить и выкрасить в подходящий оттенок.

Существуют определенные нормы, определяющие допустимые значения основных параметров лестницы. Изготовление конструкций с соблюдением установленных размеров гарантирует безопасность и удобство передвижения по лестнице. Необходимо придерживаться следующих норм:

Порядок сборки лестницы
Подготовить доски для косоуров их надо купить с небольшим запасом. Например, при необходимой длине косоура в 4,75 м надо взять доску длиною 5 м. Разметку прорезей на косоурах выполнить с помощью столярного уголка. Расчертить места под распил ступеней и пронумеровать их.
Так как расчеты выполнялись без учета толщины досок, то эту величину надо учесть при срезе нижней части косоура.
Важно! После вырезания косоуров их необходимо сопоставить друг с другом они должны четко совпадать, иначе собрать прочную лестницу не получится.
Следующий этап вырезание площадочной балки. Размер ширины балки рассчитывается следующим образом: ширина лестницы (90 см)+двойная толщина косоура+14 см (зависит от параметров лестницы). Итак, согласно приведенному примеру площадочная балка равна: 90+2*5+14=114 см. Таких балок понадобится две.
В подготовленных балках сделать запилы, отступив от края по 7 см. Ширина запилов должна соответствовать толщине косоура. Затем балки фиксируются на перекрытии с помощью анкеров.
В пазы установить косоуры и закрепить их к балкам шпильками или нагелями. Косоур, который стыкуется возле стены закрепить к ней анкерами. Затем устанавливаются ступеньки и подступеньки. Фиксация элементов конструкции выполняется одним из способов: врубкой, винтами или дюбелями.
Заключительный этап установка балястин и монтаж поручня.
