Сварка сегодня применяется повсеместно – как в частных хозяйствах, так и внутри больших промышленных предприятий. Ничто, кроме сварочного аппарата, не может соединить металлические детали и конструкции более прочно. К компонентам оборудования предъявляются определённые требования, без которых сварочная технология реализована не будет. Один из них – кабель сварочный, который должен подавать от сети достаточно мощный ток для образования электрической дуги.

Каким требованиям должно соответствовать изделие
Сварочные кабели применяются в самых разных условиях внешней среды, в том числе сложных и агрессивных. Поэтому к таким проводам предъявляются жёсткие требования:
Стойкость к ударам, разрывам и другим механическим воздействиям, высокая прочность и противодействие агрессивной среде – такие качества должны быть обязательными.
Провод для сварочных работ должен иметь качественную полимерную оплётку, предотвращающую поражение сварщика оголёнными проводами.
Вся кабельная конструкция должна многократно выдерживать усилия на изгиб и скручивание, не теряя при этом своих основных свойств.
Резина с добавлением полимерной плёнки, изготовленная в форме шланга, – обязательный атрибут и наилучшая защита сварщиков от токов большой силы. Для предотвращения слипания токоведущих жил с наружной изолирующей оболочкой может применяться тальк.
Сечение токопроводящей жилы должно обеспечивать пропускание силы тока, достаточной для работы сварочного аппарата.
Только при выполнении всех вышеуказанных требований может быть обеспечена безопасная и эффективная эксплуатация сварочного оборудования.
Какие виды кабеля выпускаются: расшифровка
На данный момент есть достаточное количество марок кабеля, которые может предложить промышленность для сварки. Аббревиатура у таких проводов простая:
КС, КГ или КОГ – аббревиатура означает сокращение от словосочетания «кабель для сварки», «кабель гибкий», а также «кабель очень гибкий». Марки КГ и КОГ наиболее распространены, так как имеют оптимальные характеристики, позволяющие передавать без потерь напряжение на держатели электродов.
Цифры 1, 2, 3 означают, сколько жил имеет провод. Их количество определяет сферу его применения. Наиболее распространены марки кабеля одножильного для сварки, применяемые к переносным сварочным аппаратам (инверторам). Двухжильные применяются для импульсной сварки, а также для резки металлов; позволяют пропускать по жилам переменный высокочастотный ток. Три токопроводящие жилы используются в промышленной сварке – например, при сваривании труб газопроводов. Весь процесс проходит в автоматическом режиме.
Цифровое обозначение после символа «х» – это сечение жилы кабеля в мм2.
Буква П даёт информацию о том, что в кабельной конструкции присутствует полимер для защиты.
Две буквы ВЧ с дополнением П, П информируют о том, что провод может передавать высокочастотный переменный ток.
Климатические условия применения также играют свою роль. Выпускается кабельная продукция для тёплых и тропических поясов – тому пример маркировка КГ-Т, которую можно использовать до температурного предела +50°С. Эти продукты имеют повышенную прочность на разрыв по сравнению со стандартными образцами.
Точно так же производятся марки для суровых климатических условий, способные работать в условиях Крайнего Севера. Устойчивые к холодному воздействию провода марки КГ-ХЛ эксплуатируются до температур -50°С. Изоляция не теряет при этом гибкость и не трескается.
Важность выбора сечения и его расчёт
Для того чтобы правильно определиться с выбором определённой марки сварочного провода, необходимо знать, какие токи нужны для бесперебойной работы инвертора. По их номиналу можно определить необходимую поперечную площадь токопроводящей жилы. Это – важнейшая из характеристик, несоответствие которой способно вызвать аварийную ситуацию и повреждение оборудования.
Токопроводящие проводники у сварочных кабелей, как правило, многожильные. Общая площадь сечения определяется по поперечной площади одной жилы и умножается на их количество. Минимальная поперечная площадь проводов для сварочных работ начинается с 6,7 мм2. Они могут работать с бытовыми инверторами, работающими от однофазной сети 220 В. Если выбирать кабель для сварочных работ марки КГ – придётся воспользоваться проводом с минимальным сечением жил, равным 16 мм.
Профессиональные сварочные аппараты гораздо мощнее – требуют сечения от 35 мм2, чтобы кабели пропускали ток номиналом от 300 А. Ниже приведены приблизительные расчёты номинального тока от сечения проводов КГ с одним многожильным проводником.
Удлинительные коннекторы и соединительные клеммы
Для подготовки к работе сварочные кабели подсоединяются к инвертору при помощи специальных байонетных или клеммных разъёмов. Байонеты вставляются один в другой, инженеры назвали их «папой» (штекер) и «мамой» (гнездо). Штекер представляет собой штырь, вставленный в изолирующую муфту, изготовленную из резины. Муфта имеет конусообразную форму. Штырь латунный имеет два типоразмера:
длина 12 мм, диаметр 9 мм;
длина 20 мм, диаметр 13 мм.
Наиболее распространённым и надёжным является клеммный контакт. Наконечник-клемма с усилием прижимается винтом к контактной площадке.
Довольно часто встаёт вопрос удлинения сварочных проводов, если работать приходится в труднодоступных местах. Практический опыт показал, что качество сварных швов ухудшается. Скорее всего, через существующие байонетные разъёмы не передаётся весь требуемый ток. К сожалению, официальных подтверждений или опровержений такого явления до сих пор не поступало. Если всё же потребуется удлинять, то сращивать нужно провода одинакового сечения.
В заключение хотелось бы отметить, что самостоятельный выбор, тем более изготовление сварочного кабеля, лучше не предпринимать. Современные сварочные инверторы комплектуются кабелями, полностью соответствующими их техническим характеристикам. Как правило, изготовлением кабелей занимается то же предприятие, которое делает сварочное оборудование. Технологический процесс при изготовлении полностью соблюдается. Поэтому работать с такими проводами наиболее безопасно.
