Одна из наиболее распространенных неисправностей электрической проводки в квартире – появление так называемой второй фазы на электророзетке. Если пропал свет, но две фазы в розетке присутствуют, значит, возникла поломка подобного рода. Сегодня мы поговорим о том, почему возникает такая неисправность и что с нею делать. И действительно ли в электрической сети может присутствовать одновременно две фазы.
Схема подключения розеток и выключателей
Каждый мастер знает, что при проверке напряжения в розетке с помощью индикаторной отвертки на фазном контакте загорается лампочка, а на нулевом контакте сигнал отсутствует. Если происходит обрыв фазного провода, то свечение индикатора отсутствует. При этом электрики редко проверяют целостность нулевого потенциала. Да и технология его проверки отличается (требуется прозвонка электроцепи).
Если в однофазной домашней проводке индикатор показывает фазу на обоих контактах электроточки, то начинающий мастер задается вопросом о том, почему в розетке две фазы? Чтобы найти причины данной ситуации, нужно изучить схему подключения розетка-выключатель-лампочка.
Ток к электрической точке подается по фазному проводу, а возвращается по нулевому. Если происходит обрыв нуля в сети, то напряжение подается по фазному проводу к включенному электроприбору, а затем переходит на нулевой провод и направляется к розетке по второму контуру. Как результат – при проверке электрического тока индикатор показывает две фазы. Если в квартире присутствует заземление электропроводки, то данная ситуация не представляет опасности для жильцов, но если заземление отсутствует, то возникает риск травматизации током.
Причины возникновения неполадок
Каковы причины и решение данной проблемы? Прежде всего, нужно найти место, где произошло повреждение проводки. Неисправность может возникнуть на любом участке электросети, например, на распределительном щитке, в распаечной коробке или розетке, что находится в жилом помещении, а также на каком-либо другом участке кабеля. Еще один возможный вариант – разрушение изоляционного слоя кабеля и обрыв нулевой жилы, и, как следствие, формирование контакта на фазе.
Рассмотрим подробнее каждый случай обрыва нуля в жилом помещении:
На распределительном щитке. Неисправность может возникнуть на нулевой шине, автоматическом выключателе или электросчетчике. Причина поломки – это, зачастую, плохой контакт с проводом, обусловленный недостаточным зажимом винтового соединения, загрязнением поверхностей или надрезом жилы провода. Предположить, что произошел обрыв на щитке можно, если в квартире погас свет, но розетки продолжают работать (но только если включен какой-либо электроприбор или освещение). Способ решения этой проблемы определяется конкретной причиной неисправности. Может понадобиться замена поврежденного участка проводки или более надежное закрепление винтовых соединений.
В распаечной коробке. При этом варианте нет напряжения той комнате, на которую работает распределительная коробка. В других помещениях электроток будет присутствовать. Обрыв на коробке и, как следствие, две фазы в розетке, – довольно распространенное явление там, где давно не менялась электропроводка. Внутри старых распаечных коробок подключение выполнялась методом скрутки и обмотки изолентой. При этом у нуля нужно было делать много соединений, что приводило к утолщению скрутки, а, значит, к созданию условий для возникновения обрывов. Неисправность также может возникнуть на участке провода, соединяющего распределительные коробки. В первом случае проблема решается разборкой коробки и устранением неисправности, а во втором – заменой кабеля.
В блоке розеток. Можно предположить, что была повреждена проводка внутри стены, если пропало напряжение в розетке после сверления стен или забивания гвоздей. Если подобные работы проводятся без учета расположения электропроводки, то может произойти нарушение целостности изоляции и обрыв проводов. Прекращение тока в сети также случается при повреждении проводника грызунами. Что делать, если возникла подобная проблема? Единственное решение – полностью заменить неисправную часть проводки.
Еще одна причина, почему пропало напряжение в розетке – это использование старой проводки. На ее вводе используются пробки, а не автоматические выключатели. Если пропал ноль, то, скорее всего, выбило одну пробку, нулевую. Соответственно, нужно поставить пробку на место. Однако это не убережет от повторного возникновения неисправности. Чтобы избавиться от данной проблемы надолго, рекомендуется заменить старую электропроводку на более современную, используемую с нейтральной шиной.
Как обнаружить обрыв нулевого провода
Итак, мы определили, по каким причинам может появиться напряжение в двух гнездах электророзетки одновременно и как необходимо решать эту проблему. Теперь нужно разобраться, как можно обнаружить повреждение нулевого провода, и как убедиться, что это не две фазы, а одна, которая идёт по второй линии электрической сети.
Большинство жильцов квартир проверяет напряжение при помощи индикаторных отверток. Потенциал фазы вызывает свечение лампы индикатора, а ноль – не вызывает. Увидев, что пробник показывает наличие тока одновременно на двух проводах, начинающий мастер думает, что в электропроводке присутствуют две фазные жилы. Однако это не так.
Причина ошибки заключается в том, что, для проверки напряжения используется прибор, который показывает только один потенциал, а не разность потенциалов. Чтобы убедиться, что ноль в сети отсутствует, нужно использовать двухполюсные индикаторы напряжения или вольтметры. Современным инструментом, широко применяемым электриками для этих целей, является мультиметр.
Щупы данного инструмента нужно установить на контакты розетки и провести замер. Если мультиметр показывает напряжение 0 Вольт, то это означает, что отсутствует разность потенциалов, необходимая для нормального функционирования электроприборов. Показатель 220 вольт будет зафиксирован только между фазой и нулем нормальной электропроводки.
Соответственно, если на каждом из контактов розетки присутствуют фаза, но при одновременном замере двух контактов мультиметр показывает напряжение 0 Вольт, то можно сделать вывод об обрыве нулевого провода.
Неисправности трехфазной сети
Иногда могут действительно обнаружиться два фазы в розетках. Это происходит, если внутрь однофазной домашней сети проникает второй потенциал фазы. Напряжение всех электроприборов может подскочить до 380 Вольт. Виновником подобной аварии зачастую является энергоснабжающая компания.
Обычно такие ситуации возникают в частных домах, подключённых к трехфазному вводу проводом, который расположен «на открытом воздухе», а, значит, подвержен негативному воздействию внешней среды. Риск подобных ситуаций снижается, если кабель проложен под землей, однако и при такой ситуации пользователь не застрахован от проникновения второго потенциала внутрь сети.
Если трехфазная сеть работает нормально, то на каждую квартиру с однофазной проводкой поступает одинаковое напряжение (220 вольт). Токи проходят от генератора к области нагрузки, а затем возвращаются обратно через нулевой провод. Электрический ток в нуле состоит из суммы трёх токов всех фаз и не превышает норму.
Если происходит обрыв нуля, то баланс нарушается. Электрический ток подается неодинаково на каждую квартиру, его уровень зависит от сопротивления, которым обладают подключенные электрические приборы. Если в одной квартире выключена вся техника, а в другой интенсивно работают крупные электроприборы, то все 380 вольт окажутся внутри второй квартиры, что приведет к перегоранию оборудования.
Чтобы снизить риск подобного развития событий, нужно установить на квартирном щите реле контроля напряжения. Реле обеспечит своевременное отключение питания при обрыве нуля и тем самым повысит безопасность жилища.
