О том как правильно смонтировать розетку в бетонную стену, должен знать каждый хозяин. Бывают случаи, когда точка доступа к электричеству сломалась, но нужна срочно, нет времени на вызов мастера. Самый трудоемкий этап этой процедуры — вставить подрозетники по бетону. Монтаж розетки пройдет без проблем, если стаканы установлены правильно, соблюдены все размеры.
Специальные ниши нужны для жесткой фиксации изделия. Они защищают открытые части, находящиеся под напряжением, от попадания пыли и влаги. Устанавливаемые стаканы должны соответствовать правилам электртехнической безопасности. Их делают из полиэтилена низкого давления (ПНД) или поливинилхлорида (ПВХ).
Перед тем как установить подрозетник, его нужно подобрать. На рынке есть масса изделий. Чтобы сделать правильный выбор, нужно знать основные различия между разной продукцией.
Выбор
Следует приобрести специальный подрозетник по бетону. Он также подойдет для других полнотелых материалов — кирпича, газо- и пенобетона. Существуют универсальные модели для любых стен.
Перед тем как выбирать изделия, определитесь со следующим:
Количество розеток, которые планируется устанавливать рядом друг с другом. Если их две или больше, есть смысл приобретать модели, которые объединяются в блоки с помощью специальных пазов. Между ними легче будет создать соединения проводов. Есть также монолитные подрозетники для бетона на две, три и более ячеек.
Форма. Большинство изделий — круглые, но можно найти квадратные подрозетники в бетон. Для них легче делать отверстия — можно использовать болгарку, а не дрель.
Размеры подрозетников. Внешний диаметр изделий — 60 или 68 мм, установочная глубина — 40 или 45 мм. Самый популярный вариант — 68х45. Если стена очень тонкая, а розетка позволяет установку на меньшую глубину, подрозетник можно обрезать. Главное, чтобы совпадал диаметр подрозетника для бетона и внутренностей розетки/выключателя.
Плотность. Хорошо, если подрозетник в бетон сделан из плотного полимера. Такое изделие сложнее неправильно смонтировать, пережать, поломать.
Перед тем как выбрать изделие, сделайте план, расчертите стены. Возможно, проявятся нюансы, которые нужно учесть.
Лучше приобретать стаканы вместе с розетками и выключателями. При выборе примерьте изделия друг другу. Так точно не ошибетесь с диаметром, и установка розеток в бетонную стену не вызовет проблем.
Монтаж
Монтаж подрозетников в кирпичной стене и в бетоне — практически одинаковые процессы. Отличаются только используемые насадки для перфоратора. При работе с кладкой нужна коронка для подрозетников по кирпичу. Остальные действия идентичны.
При установке необходимо учесть следующее:
Если планируется класть облицовочные материалы, не нужно полностью утапливать стакан, а лучше вовсе начать монтаж подрозетника после завершения всех работ. Так легче будет подогнать отверстие под размеры.
Не следует сразу убирать заглушки с корпуса — они нужны для того, чтобы при установке подрозетника в бетон раствор не просачивался в него.
Перед тем как установить подрозетник, подготовьте инструменты и материалы:
Дрель, перфоратор или болгарка.
Если используется дрель, нужна коронка по бетону для розеток. Без этой насадки можно обойтись, но придется дольше работать, тратить лишние материалы. Диаметр коронки должен быть равен диаметру стакана. Допускается отступление в большую сторону. Зазоры можно убрать с помощью алебастра.
Уровень.
Набор отверток. Чаще всего приходится закреплять изделия с помощью крестовых отверток.
Рулетка, нож, карандаш.
Зубило, молоток.
Алебастр, шпатели, емкость для разведения.
Установка подрозетника в кирпичную или бетонную стену состоит из трех этапов: разметка, подготовка поверхности, монтаж.
Подготовка и разметка поверхности
Процесс подготовки заключается в очистке участка стены от обоев, гвоздей, дюбелей и пр. Если планируется бурение новой ниши, но проводка уже есть, лучше определить расположение провода с помощью специального искателя. Стена должна быть ровной, без полых участков штукатурки. Если есть изъяны, их следует устранить.
После подготовки нужно разметить отверстие под розетку в бетоне. Алгоритм следующий:
Определиться с высотой расположения точки доступа к электричеству. Установка розетки в бетонную стену не регламентируется по высоте — при желании можно поставить её даже под потолком. Стоит исходить из сферы применения изделия. Например, для бытовой техники источники электричества монтируют внизу. Главное, отмерить от окон и дверных проемов по 100 мм перед тем, как сделать розетку в бетонной стене.
Отметить центральную точку будущей ниши.
Через центр провести две перпендикулярные линии. На них отметить диаметр коронки для подрозетника.
Примерить к разметке устанавливаемые стаканы.
Подготовительные работы закончились. Начинается установка подрозетников в бетонную стену.
Делаем отверстия
Установка подрозетников в бетон предполагает создание ниш для них. Выемки можно сделать тремя способами:
Самый распространенный, простой и правильный способ — использование коронки для подрозетников по бетону. Специальная насадка с победитовыми наконечниками или алмазным напылением легко сверлит стену. Сделанное отверстие будет с ровными поверхностями — монтаж подрозетников в бетонной стене не вызовет трудностей, не будут мешать пропущенные участки, выступы.
Второй способ, как сделать отверстие — использовать победитовое сверло и перфоратор. По диаметру окружности делаются отверстия. Глубину погружения можно отметить с помощью изоленты прямо на сверле. После этого с помощью зубила создаются установочные ниши. Когда делаешь дырку за дыркой, уходит больше времени. Но в домашних условиях подобный вариант бывает единственным.
Если нет подходящего инструмента для сверления бетона, можно использовать болгарку. Вокруг начерченной окружности описывается квадрат. Его необходимо вырезать, после чего доработать отверстие в бетоне под розетку.
После того как выемка создана, ставят стаканы. Установка коробки под розетку в бетон выполняется с помощью алебастра.
Установка
Алебастр замешивают с водой. Раствор должен иметь консистенцию сметаны, быть не слишком жидким, но и не вязким. Делать много материала не стоит — он очень быстро высыхает и через 5-7 минут станет непригоден к работе. Чтобы продлить время испарения влаги можно примешать к раствору немного шпаклевки.
Как закрепить розетку:
Закинуть в отверстие немного раствора.
С нужной стороны демонтировать заглушку для проведения провода. Все затыки устранять не надо — это добавит работы.
Установить подрозетник в бетонную стену, зафиксировать с помощью метизов. После этого изделие нельзя двигать, так как это ухудшит сцепление. Можно подождать 5-10 минут, чтобы алебастр успел закрепить подрозетник.
Коробка дополнительно фиксируется — зазоры между стаканом и стеной заполняют алебастром, обмазывают им площадь вокруг ниши.
Получается надежное крепление, которое прослужит десятки лет. Перед тем как установить розетку в бетонной стене, остается только обрезать провод до нужной длины и зачистить его жилы.
