Подготовительные работы
Перед тем, как просверлить дырку в плиточном материале, следует подготовиться к работе. Круг под электророзетку на поверхности стены необходимо сделать до начала установки кафельного покрытия.
Следует быть готовым к тому, что в процессе вырезания круга кафель может расколоться. Сложность работы с данным материалом объясняется тем, что он отличается твердостью, но при этом легко повреждается. Если плитка покрыта глазурью, то это создает дополнительные трудности, так как рабочий инструмент сложно зафиксировать на поверхности гладкого и скользкого материала, и сверло дрели может соскальзывать с отметки, по которой нужно вырезать круг.
Поэтому мастеру необходимо иметь запас кафеля в размере порядка 10-15% от общего количества. Также следует помнить, что разметка и сверление отверстия в плитке выполняются с внешней стороны материала. Если сделать это с внутренней стороны, то разрез будет выглядеть недостаточно аккуратно.
Чтобы удержать сверло в одном положении на поверхности керамической плиты, рекомендуется обклеить обрабатываемую область малярной лентой или медицинским лейкопластырем. Лента защитит кафель от царапин и сколов, и не позволить сверлу изменить свое положение.
Использование болгарки
Зачастую вопрос о том, как сделать отверстие в плитке под розетку, возникает на этапе укладки кафельного покрытия. Пока материал не закреплен на стене, сформировать дыру для розеток можно с помощью болгарки. Этот инструмент подходит для выполнения фигурной резки по краю кафеля.
Мастеру нужно отметить контуры, по которым будет выполняться разрез, а затем оснастить болгарку алмазным диском, предназначенным для сухой резки. После этого можно начинать вырезание с удобного края. При этом болгарку рекомендуется вести плавно, по направлению от себя. Если рабочая область неудобная, то можно довести инструмент до середины, а потом начать резку с противоположной стороны. Но при этом есть вероятность расхождения линии среза.
Выполнение работы при помощи лобзика
Предыдущий метод предусматривает вырезание отверстия в плитке от края кафеля. Но многих мастеров интересует, как просверлить кружок в середине плиты. Сделать это можно при помощи электрического лобзика с алмазной проволокой, а также дрели со сверлом (чтобы сформировать дыру в месте резки).
На начальном этапе работы нужно наметить карандашом или маркером контуры круга. Делать это следует на лицевой стороне плиты. Если рабочая зона прилегает к краю, то можно сразу начинать резку. Если же дыра будет располагаться в центре, то рекомендуется с помощью дрели просверлить маленькую дырку на месте будущего круга. Затем через нее дыру необходимо продеть режущую нить и вывести инструмент на границу выреза.
После этого лобзик нужно медленно вести по разметке. При этом от линии необходимо сделать небольшой отступ внутрь, чтобы не срезать лишнее. Проемы под розетки можно сделать при помощи обыкновенной ножовки, но качество работы будет более низким.
Ручные методы работы
Начинающий мастер может задаться вопросом о том, как вырезать отверстие в плитке без болгарки или лобзика, ведь не у каждого новичка они имеются в наборе инструментов. Выйти из положения можно, используя стеклорез или пилу. Вот делаются круги для плитки с их помощью:
Стеклорез и щипцы или плоскогубцы. С помощью этих инструментов можно сформировать выемку на краю плитки. На кафельную плитку нужно нанести контуры будущего круга. Кафель для размягчения можно ненадолго замочить в теплой воде. Затем следует приложить резец стеклореза к контуру, нанесенному на кафельную плиту, и провести линию по разметке, не отрывая руки. Чтобы прорезать борозду необходимой глубины, следует надавить на стеклорез, но при этом не слишком сильно, чтобы не повредить кафель. После этого следует простучать обратной стороной инструмента вдоль линии среза, это позволит углубить борозду. Затем с помощью щипцов нужно отламывать небольшие фрагменты кафеля, удаляя всё лишнее. В итоге должен остаться ровный срез по контуру. Если на срезе есть небольшие неровности, то их следует отшлифовать мелкозернистой наждачной бумагой.
Пила с вольфрамовой струной. Использование пилы с вольфрамовой струной позволяет сделать аккуратный круг. Струну из вольфрама можно приобрести в строительном магазине и поставить на пилу вместо режущего полотна. Разметка будущей розетки наносится на обе поверхности плитки. Если дыру под розетку на кафеле нужно сделать не с краю, а посередине, то внутри нарисованной окружности следует сформировать небольшую дырочку при помощи дрели с победитовым сверлом. Затем в нее нужно вставить вольфрамовую струну и поступательными движениями пропилить круг по разметке.
При резке кафеля вольфрамовой струной не возникает никаких дефектов на материале, но на формирование каждого проема уходит до 30 минут. Поэтому данный метод не подходит для промышленных масштабов.
Формирование кругов под электророзетки на уложенном кафеле
В этом разделе поговорим о том, как установить точку электропитания, если стена уже покрыта кафелем. В этом случае мастеру придется сверлить дыру с помощью дрели. Для выполнения этой работы лучше всего использовать спиральные или конусовидные сверла.
Нужно обклеить обрабатываемую область малярной лентой, а затем отметить место для формирования круга. После этого можно начинать сверлить на низкой скорости. Чтобы избежать перегрева сверла, его желательно периодически смачивать водой. Если дырка должна получиться большой, то рекомендуется сначала выполнять работу тонким сверлом, а затем менять его на большее. Диаметр дыры желательно увеличивать постепенно, чтобы избежать появления сколов.
Есть ещё один способ формирования проемов на уложенной плитке – с помощью победитового сверла диаметром 6-8 мм. Сначала выполняется установка розетки на внешнюю сторону плитки, а затем коробка розетки обводится карандашом или маркером, и откладывается в сторону. По отмеченной окружности нужно просверлить порядка 20 дырочек диаметром около 8 мм с шагом 1-2 мм. После этого перемычки между дырами удаляются кусачками или плоскогубцами. Чтобы не допустить появления трещин и сколов на плитках, кафель нужно сверлить на малых оборотах, время формирования одной дырочки – не менее 1-2 минут.
Типы насадок на дрель
Быстрее всего можно сделать круг кафельной плитке, если у мастера есть специальная насадка – коронка по кафелю. Для работы с кафельными плитами чаще всего используются следующие типы коронок:
Алмазная коронка. Диаметр такой коронки составляет 65-68 мм. Она сверлит материал очень аккуратно и быстро, имеет относительно долгий срок службы, однако отличается высокой стоимостью.
Коронка с напайками из твердых сплавов. Такое приспособление стоит в 2 раза дешевле алмазной коронки, но не уступает ей по скорости и качеству резки кафеля.
Коронка по кафелю с победитовыми зубьями. Подобная насадка сверлит кафельное покрытие дольше, чем алмазная коронка, но не менее качественно. Этот инструмент отличается доступной стоимостью, его хватает в среднем на 20 резок.
В строительном магазине также можно приобрести высечные ножницы для кафельных плит, в народе их называют «балеринками». Такая насадка на дрель состоит из 1-2 резцов, а также направляющего сверла. «Балеринку» можно настроить под необходимый диаметр дыры, ее хватает в среднем на 10-20 резок. Стоит такая насадка в несколько раз дешевле алмазной коронки.
Для того чтобы сделать проем «балеринкой», нужно разметить на плите контуры будущего круга и отметить центр окружности. После этого в центр круга необходимо установить направляющие сверло «балеринки» и настроить резцы на диаметр будущей дыры. Затем можно начинать медленно и аккуратно (на малых оборотах) сверлить плитку. Время сверления проема – около 2-3 минут.
