Завершив установку пластиковых окон, как правило, переходят к этапу завершения выполнения оконных проемов, то есть создают откосы окон из ПВХ. Правильное выполнение откосов окон из ПВХ позволяет придать проему окна в целом красивый завершенный вид.
Откосами является поверхность стен, которая находится вокруг окна. Различают внутренние откосы, которые находятся с внутренней стороны окон, и внешние откосы, которые располагаются с наружной стороны окон. Многие задаются вопросом, каким образом следует делать откосы своими руками? Именно данный процесс и будет рассматриваться в данной статье.
Откосы окон имеют не только эстетическое значение, но их правильное выполнение также является обязательным требованием для звуко- и теплоизоляции проема окна, так как если монтажная пена будет не закрытой, то начнет вбирать влагу и разрушаться, тем самым не будет в состоянии выполнять должные функции изоляции. Откосы окон также защищают монтажные швы и предотвращают запотевание окон.
Выбор откосов для пластиковых окон
При создании откосов используются следующие материалы:
Штукатурные откосы, которые имеют недостатков больше, чем преимуществ, так как спустя некоторое время на штукатурке появляются трещины, и она начинает терять свой цвет. Для качественного выполнения штукатурки необходимо уделить данному процессу много времени. Штукатурку откосов для пластиковых окон выполняют несколькими слоями, давая каждому слою выстояться и полностью высохнуть. Затем поверхность грунтуется и покрывается краской. Данная процедура в плане сроков занимает неделю, иногда даже две недели. Штукатурные откосы также не будут обеспечивать должную теплоизоляцию, а это в свою очередь вызовет запотевание окон при переохлаждении.
Гипсокартонные откосы, которые выполняются из гипсокартона. Они долговечны, а также имеют ровный и красивый вид. Гипсокартон возможно утеплить, придав откосу высокие теплоизоляционные качества. Основной минус гипсокартона состоит в том, что он боится влаги.
Установление гипсокартонных стен допустимо исключительно в помещениях, где уровень влаги достаточно низкий.
При установке гипсокартонных откосов придется приложить много усилий, так как процесс монтажа требует выполнение шпаклевки, грунтования и покраски откосов. Выполнение откосов из гипсокартона является более быстрым, чем выполнение штукатурных откосов, однако на скорость установки влияет также квалификация устанавливающего.
Пластиковые откосы, являющиеся самым универсальным типом откосов. Такие откосы монтируются быстро, моются легко, не выгорают, имеют красивый вид, который схож с видом самого окна, в особенности при подборе оттенка под цвет окон. В конструкции откоса из пластика используют минеральную вату, которая обеспечивает откос необходимыми свойствами гидро-, тепло- и звукоизоляции. Главное достоинство откосов из пластика заключается в возможности осуществления их монтажа своими руками, что в дальнейшем и будет рассмотрено настоящей статье
Необходимые инструменты и материалы для выполнения пластиковых откосов
Для самостоятельного монтажа откосов из пластика потребуются следующие материалы и инструменты:
полоса пластика, толщина которой 8 миллиметров, а длина 6 миллиметров;
F-образная пластиковая полоса (ее называют F – кой);
П-образная пластиковая полоса (стартовая полоса);
вата минеральная либо другой материал для утепления;
перфоратор либо дрель;
рейка из дерева, толщина которой 10-15 мм;
строительный уровень;
ножницы и нож по металлу;
саморезы размером в 95 миллиметров;
строительный степлер со скобами
силикон (цвет силикона обязательно должен быть белым.
Процедура самостоятельной установки откосов на пластиковые окна
Если откосы устанавливаются у окон, которые установлены недавно, то не рекомендуется снимать с окон защитные пленку до тех пор, пока не завершится выполнение установки откосов.
Установка откосов выполняется соответственно следующим этапам:
Этап первый
По периметру откосов набивают рейки из дерева, используя для фиксации шурупы размером в 95 миллиметров. Размещать рейки следует таким образом, чтобы не было выступа за уровень стены. Для подготовки поверхности стены используют дрель и перфоратор. Чтобы получит идеально ровные откосы, необходимо вертикально закрепить рейки к стене. Крепление выравнивается по уровню.
Второй этап
По внешнему краю окна набивают П-образную полосу, используя для крепления саморезы-клопы. Внутрь желоба П-образной полосы в дальнейшем вставят полосу откоса. Необходимо, чтобы стык полос П-образного типа давал возможность расположения пластика под всеми нужными углами, поэтому при пересечении П-образных полос необходимо с помощью ножа частично подрезать углы, что обеспечит ровный и гладкий стык с внутренней стороны.
Третий этап
На третьем этапе осуществляется монтаж полосы F-образного типа. Ее паз располагают напротив установленного уже паза полосы П-образного типа. У остальной части, которая располагается выше проема окна, срезают F-паз. Делают это по той причине, что часть F-образных полос располагают внахлест. Лишние части F-образных полос после стыковки удаляют с помощью ножниц по металлу. Данную полосу крепят к деревянной рее посредством строительного степлера. Крепление выполняют наиболее близкой к дереву части конца F-образной полосы. Такой способ также удобен тем, что не возникает необходимости подклеивания обоев вокруг окон так как все дефекты закрываются F-образной полосой.
Четвертый этап
На данном завершающем этапе производится установка в пазы пластика и в то же время закладывается слой минеральной ваты. При этом крайне важно замерить пластик наиболее точно. Есть одна хитрость: если не получается выполнить стыки идеальными, то их затирают с помощью силикона белого цвета.
Таким образом выполняются откосы для пластиковых окон своими руками.
