Создание мощных электрических сетей в условиях умеренного климата требует применения специального кабельно-проводникового продукта. Дополнительные запросы предъявляются к электропроводам, подающим ток на выводные концы электрооборудования (например, электродвигатели с напряжением до 0,66 кВ). Также в местах, имеющих повышенную влажность, нельзя применять обычные силовые кабели. Поэтому пришлось разработать особую категорию проводников специального назначения. К таковым относится РКГМ – провод термостойкий. Это яркий представитель особой категории электропроводников.
Маркировочная информация
Если потребитель уверенно ориентируется в расшифровывании маркировочных аббревиатур, то он сможет подобрать необходимый проводник для конкретных условий эксплуатации. Маркировка наименования изделия заключает в себе первичное описание структурных особенностей кабеля.
Расшифровка аббревиатуры предоставляет такую информацию:
отсутствие буквы «А» указывает на материал токоведущего сердечника: изготовлен он не из алюминия, а из меди;
Р – свидетельствует о наличии резиновой изоляции;
К – уточняет изоляционный тип: кремнийорганический;
Г – говорит о высокой гибкости из-за отсутствия жесткого экранирования;
М – сообщает о поверхностной оплетке, которая изготавливается из стекловолокна, дополнительно обработанного специальными лаками и эмалями.
Расшифрованные маркировочные данные подтверждают, что РКГМ относится к категории «провода и кабели спецназначения». Считываемая информация приближает к детализированным представлениям о конструктивных особенностях этого типа проводника.
Конструктивные свойства
Интенсивное развитие машиностроения, электромеханики, атомной энергетики и других промышленных отраслей составило запрос на огнестойкие кабели. Востребованная функциональность предопределила основные конструктивные свойства.
По строгим требованиям документа «ТУ16.К80-09-90» РКГМ должен выполняться в одножильном варианте. Токопроводящий медный стержень должен отличаться повышенной гибкостью и принадлежать к 4-му классу (или выше) по классификации ГОСТа (22483-77). Документ содержит описание, согласно которому фиксируется соответствие между диаметром (количеством) тонких проводников и номинальным сечением.
Медная сердцевина окутана экструдированным слоем изоляции. Изготавливается из кремнийорганической резины (осовремененное наименование «силиконовая резина –SiR»). Изоляционный пласт получает повышенное удлинение до разрыва, гибкую эластичность, термостойкость.
Огнестойкий кабель снабжен специальной оболочкой. Ее задача – обеспечить надежную прочность и высокую пожаростойкость РКГМ. Для этого оплетку из стекловолокна пропитывают смесью из глифталевого лака и модифицированных кремнийорганических смол.
Конструктивным особенностям РКГМ гармонично соответствуют добротные технические характеристики. Их уникальность повышается одним из важнейших свойств изделия – устойчивостью к горению.
Эксплуатационные качества
Главное преимущество РКГМ состоит в том, что жаропрочный проводник способен выдерживать высокие напряжения (до 660 В). Свойства эластичности сохраняются при нагревах 200°C и выше. Отдельные термостойкие кабели способны выдерживать сверхтемпературы – до 950°C. Поэтому жаропрочные проводники применяются при особых условиях эксплуатации.
К основным положительным качествам кабеля РКГМ относятся:
сохранение эластичности в условиях отрицательных температур;
достаточно высокие показатели электрического сопротивления (показатель удельного объемного сопротивления – 1015Ом см, удельного поверхностного – 1012 Ом);
нагревостойкость.
Перечисленные свойства позволяют использовать термостойкий кабель в условиях высоких температур. Поэтому проводник становится основным элементом при установке и подключении различного нагревательного оборудования. РКГМ применяют для подачи питания на бытовые и промышленные объекты.
Общие эксплуатационные качества можно сверять с номенклатурой сечений, массой и диаметром провода. Эти характеристики собраны в соответствующих таблицах.
Сферы применения
Огнестойкие кабели нашли широкое применение в общепромышленных областях. Они используются в местах повышенных температур. Присущая таким продуктам термостойкость и теплостойкость позволяют без разрушений противостоять повышенным температурам. В экстремальных условиях огнестойкие кабели сохраняют основные эксплуатационные свойства.
Спецпроводники получили широкое распространение в системах противопожарной безопасности. Наряду с другими изделиями этой группы провод РКГМ используется в таких сферах:
атомная энергетика;
электрооборудование;
коммуникации;
машиностроение;
строительство;
химическая отрасль.
Огнестойкий кабель незаменим при установке пожарной сигнализации, создании автоматизированной системы пожаротушения. Проводник востребован для оповещения об опасности при пожарах в сооружениях и зданиях. С применением такого изделия работают системы управления эвакуацией при экстремальных ситуациях.
Провод РКГМ распространен и в повседневной практике. Его используют для организации проводки в банях, подвалах, ванных комнатах, других местах с повышенной влажностью или потенциально возможными высокими температурами. Провод устойчив к воздействию агрессивных сред, грибкам, плесени.
РКГМ часто становится элементом при разветвлении проводки, подключении станочного оборудования и электрических аппаратов с достаточно высокой мощностью. Из провода изготавливаются выводные концы электродвигателей. Применяют изделие в обмотках электрических машин (соответствующих температурному классу «H»), агрегатов и аппаратов.
Однако РКГМ плохо выдерживает влияние сильных минусовых температур. Поэтому монтаж термокабеля редко применяется при холодных климатических условиях. Северные районы с сильными морозами пагубно влияют на материалы изоляции (резину, стекловолокно, лаки, эмали). Порча изоляционного материала приводит к потере эксплуатационных способностей, понижению уровня безопасности.
Термостойкие провода могут сохранять эластичность и прочность изоляционной оболочки даже при низких температурах. Но для этого понадобится проведение комплекса дополнительных мер. Направляются они на внешнее утепление изоляционного слоя.
Надежность использования РКГМ обеспечивается сертификатами соответствия продукции установленным требованиям ГОСТа и техническим условиям. Уникальная гибкость в сочетании с теплостойкостью и термостойкостью делают этот провод незаменимым при сложных эксплуатационных условиях.
