Применение лиственницы в строительстве
Издавна лиственница использовалась для строительства домов, террас, бань, из нее изготавливали шпалы, применяли в области машиностроения. Именно поэтому разнообразие материалов из лиственницы сегодня так велико.
Вариант декора забора из лиственницы
К примеру, для возведения деревянных домов применяют брус и бревно. Широкое использование получили террасная и палубная доски, а также планкен. Такому материалу не страшны воздействия атмосферы и открытый воздух. Вот почему он используется именно для строений этого типа.
Половая доска и вагонка, предназначенные для внутренней отделки, обладают не только внешней привлекательностью, но и особым качеством, наряду с высокой устойчивостью к всевозможным химическим и механическим воздействиям. Штакетник, обрезная и необрезная доска лучшим образом подходят для возведения забора и ограждений.
Почему лиственница
Деревянный забор из лиственницы по праву считается одним из самых надежных и долговечных видов ограждения. Какие характеристики делают его таковым?
- Природная смола, находящаяся в древесине лиственницы, обладает хорошими антисептическими свойствами, тем самым оберегая дерево от гниения и внешних негативных воздействий.
Оригинальный дизайн и конструкция забора из лиственницы - Высочайшая прочность, во много раз превосходящая прочность любой другой древесины, гарантирует хорошую защиту от механических повреждений. Хорошо высушенная доска из лиственницы не превратится со временем в труху, а, напротив, окрепнет, защитив себя тем самым от насекомых и грызунов.
- Лиственница очень устойчива к влажности. Более того, раньше для постройки судов использовали именно этот материал, не поддающийся даже воздействию морской воды. Что уж говорить о таких факторах, как ливни или половодье, которые забор из лиственницы легко перенесет.
- Внешняя привлекательность древесины лиственницы обусловлена природным розоватым оттенком, четкостью контуров годовых колец и богатым выбором цветовых решений.
- Вкупе со всеми прочими преимуществами лиственница обладает повышенной огнестойкостью и даже лечебными свойствами.
Вариант оформления ограды из лиственницы резными узорами
Для забора из лиственницы можно изготавливать такие элементы, как доска, штакетник, жерди, планки и, конечно, столбы.
Строительство забора из лиственницы
Перед установкой ограждения территорию нужно тщательно очистить и замерить, подготовить обстоятельный проект. Для возведения забора своими силами нужны некоторые навыки, без которых сооружение может получиться некачественным. А, кроме того, важно знать о правилах ухода за подобными материалами, иначе срок службы значительно сократится.
Однако, если приложить немного усилий и максимум стараний, то затрат на услуги специалистов можно избежать.
Каркас для забора
Сначала устанавливаются опорные столбы. Для большей надежности лучше использовать трубы из квадратного профиля (хотя подойдут и деревянные) и бетонный раствор. Перед установкой в места для крайних столбов вбиваются колья, на которых натягивается веревка. Теперь необходимая длина забора делится на 2,5–3 м, то есть на расстояние между опорами.
Столбы заделываются в грунт на глубину не менее трети собственной высоты.
Из щебня и песка, засыпанного на глубину 15 см в вырытые углубления, создаются закрепляющие подушки. Затем оставшееся незаполненное пространство и столб заливается раствором бетона. Вертикальное положение столбов проверяется при помощи уровня. Для того чтобы опоры не меняли положения, их можно укрепить заранее приготовленными подпорками.
Высота столбов не должна разниться, все неточности убираются посредством болгарки. После подготовки столбов и полнейшего высыхания бетона (примерно 2-3 дня) можно приступать к установке поперечных лаг.
Схема устройства каркаса забора из лиственницы
Для этих целей так же, как и для столбов, идеально подойдет металлическая труба. Прожилины крепятся горизонтально при помощи сварочного аппарата, а в качестве держателей подойдут струбцины. Расстояние нижней лаги от земли должно быть не менее 15 см. То же самое касается и верхней перекладины, устанавливаемой ниже верхней точки столба минимум на 15 см. Это расстояние зависит от высоты самого забора.
Если калитку и ворота решено устанавливать из металла, то эти работы выполняются еще до того, как монтируется сам забор. Такой вариант придаст ограждению особую роскошь, ведь можно выбрать кованую калитку, с эффектными элементами декора.
По завершении всех предыдущих этапов возведения каркас и столбы необходимо покрасить, чтобы избежать ржавчины и значительно увеличить срок службы. Цвет может быть любым, к примеру, черный всегда считался показателем хорошего вкуса и наличия стиля.
Вариант устройства металлического каркаса для забора из лиственницы
На столбы одеваются металлические крышки, которые не только придадут эффектность внешнему виду, но и уберегут от влажности. На этом строительство каркаса завершено.
Кстати! Забор может быть установлен на ленточный фундамент. Это станет дополнительной защитой деревянного ограждения от лишней влаги и насекомых.
Установка штакетника
Для забора из лиственницы подойдет как самый обычный или декоративный штакетник. Одним из наиболее оригинальных и впечатляющих примеров является уже распространенный вид штакетника «ромбы».
Для него используется хорошо просушенная и отшлифованная строганная доска, по бокам которой имеются выпилы треугольной формы, а верхняя часть такой планки закруглена.
Заранее каждая доска забора покрывается грунтовкой, специально предназначенной для изделий из дерева, а также дополнительно обрабатывается антисептиком. Теперь срок службы, благодаря дополнительной защите, значительно увеличится. Далее, штакетник покрывают двумя слоями краски или лака.
Штакетник из лиственницы с использованием железных столбов
Каждая доска с помощью шуруповерта равномерно крепится на кровельные саморезы к металлическому основанию на одинаковом расстоянии друг от друга. Так вырисовывается ромбовидный узор. На фоне темного каркаса дерево с необычными формами выглядит просто неотразимо.
Каким может быть забор из лиственницы
Разнообразие видов забора из лиственницы, так же, как из любых других пород дерева, огромно, достаточно лишь проявить фантазию. Однако самыми распространенными признаны следующие виды:
- Забор частокол. В землю или на фундамент плотно друг к другу ставятся нетолстые бревна. Их расположение похоже на расположение карандашей в коробке.
- Классический. Заборные доски крепятся параллельно друг к другу на определенном расстоянии.
- Забор Ранчо. Такой вид забора является самым простым и возводится очень быстро. На столбы в горизонтальном направлении крепятся 2–5 досок. Это незамысловатое ограждение лучше всего подходит для фермерских угодий и больших усадеб.
- Решетчатый забор. Доски сбиваются перпендикулярно друг другу и «вставляются» в «оправу» — прямоугольную деревянную раму. Готовые секции крепятся к основе.
- Ограда шахматка. В столбчатый фундамент из бетона устанавливаются столбы. На них монтируется основа, к которой в шахматном порядке вертикально крепятся доски.
Это лишь малая часть видов забора из лиственницы. Можно выпиливать всевозможные отверстия, поиграть с размерами досок, создавая затейливые формы и узоры.
О цене и качестве
Высокое качество в любые времена ценилось высоко. Именно поэтому цены на материал из лиственницы не относятся к разряду самых низких. Забор из лиственницы может быть из обрезанной и необрезанной доски, цены на них соответственно разнятся.
Классическая заборная доска имеет толщину 1,5–2 см, а ее ширина составляет 6,5–20 см. Длина выпускаемых досок 2–4 м. Кроме того, существуют нормативы исходя из которых этот материал различают по сортам:
- Класс «Экстра», или 0 сорт. Этот тип досок является самым качественным и в то же время самым дорогим. Благодаря специальной обработке (радиальному распилу) текстура материала получается однородной, раскрывающей свою натуральную красоту. Основным направлением для применения таких досок становится производство элитной мебели;
- Класс А, или 1-2 сорт. Более экономичен по сравнению с предыдущим сортом. Предназначен для отделки помещений декоративной направленности и создания мебели высокого качества;
- Класс В, или 3-й сорт. Элементы интерьера обычно изготавливаются из материалов именно этого сорта. Затраты на процесс обработки дерева значительно снижены, поэтому и цена материала гораздо ниже. Однако красота и оригинальность остаются его главными характеристиками;
- Класс С, или 4-й сорт. Доски именно этого класса считаются пиломатериалом, предназначенным для забора. Поверхность их не идеально гладкая, но ровная. Материал является самым доступным по цене из всех представленных за счет того, что не нуждается в затратных спецобработках.
Виды сортов древесины
Полотно из лиственницы может сочетаться с металлическими трубами или деревянными столбами. Столбы из кирпича станут прекрасным декоративным дополнением к забору. Чем качественнее материал и «оправа» для него, тем дороже обходится забор. Однако такое соотношение вполне оправдано.
