Для выполнения электрических соединений в цепях распределительных устройств и контрольно-измерительных приборов используется кабель КВВГ. Он также широко применяется при создании автоматических систем с использованием современных компьютеров и оргтехники, в частности, при формировании систем промышленного телевидения или автоматического управления производством. Контрольные кабели пригодны к эксплуатации в системах постоянного и переменного тока при различных условиях. Предназначение КВВГ – обеспечение работы контрольных линий, которые отвечают за проверку исправности основного оборудования.
Маркировка изделий
Аббревиатура КВВГ определяет технические характеристики проводника и область его возможного применения. Расшифровка маркировки выглядит следующим образом:
К: контрольный кабель.
В (первая): поливинилхлоридная (ПВХ) изоляция жил.
В (вторая): внешняя оболочка из ПВХ.
Г: голый, то есть, без защитного покрова.
Также в названии проводника могут присутствовать дополнительные обозначения. Например, аббревиатура АКВВГ означает, что жилы кабеля изготовлены не из меди, а из алюминия. Наличие буквы «Э» в названии свидетельствует о том, что внутри изделия присутствует экранированный шар из алюминиевой фольги. «НГ» добавляется к аббревиатуре в том случае, если у изделия есть оболочка из пластиката, который не поддерживает горение.
Технические характеристики продукта
Проводник КВВГ обладает необходимыми параметрами для эксплуатации в условиях российского климата. Вот основные характеристики изделия:
Номинальное напряжение постоянного тока КВВГ – не более 1000 вольт, переменного тока (при частоте до 100 герц) – до 660 вольт.
Испытательное переменное напряжение частотой 50 Гц при продолжительности 5 минут составляет 2,5 кВ.
Температура, при которой может использоваться изделие – от -50 до +50 по Цельсию.
Допустимая температура продолжительного нагрева жил – не более +70 градусов.
Прокладывать КВВГ можно при температуре окружающей среды не ниже 0 градусов. Если температура воздуха составляет меньше +15 градусов, то желательно прогреть кабель перед укладкой.
Продукт может использоваться при влажности окружающей среды не более 98% (при температуре +35 градусов).
Каждая токоведущая жила имеет ПВХ-изоляцию, не распространяющую горение.
Сечение жил может варьироваться от 0,75 до 10 мм2, количество жил – от 4 до 37. Наружный диаметр провода варьируется от 7,6 до 25,3 мм. Вес кабеля КВВГ зависит от количества и диаметра его жил. Минимальным весом 73 кг обладает четырехжильный проводник с диаметром жилы 0,75 мм2. Кабель 37×2,5 достигает веса 1145 кг.
Допустимый радиус изгиба при прокладке изделия составляет 3 или 4 его внешние диаметра в зависимости от конкретного диаметра изделия. Если внешний диаметр кабеля не превышает 10 мм, то радиус изгиба достигает 3 диаметров, а если превышает, то 4.
Толщина изоляции зависит от размера и сечения жилы, и варьируется от 0,6 до 0,9 мм.
Все жилы объединяются в концентрические скрутки (одна поверх другой). В каждой скрутке присутствуют счётная и направляющая жилы, которые окрашены в синий и красный цвета соответственно. Наличие подобных обозначений значительно упрощает процесс монтажа кабеля и подключения жил.
Строительная длина изделия составляет не менее 150 м, а потребная длина определяется поставщиком и заказчиком по договорённости.
Хранить КВВГ на открытой площадке можно не больше 24 месяцев, гарантийный срок эксплуатации изделия – 36 месяцев. В среднем срок службы проводника на открытом воздухе и в траншеях составляет 15 лет, а в кабельных сооружениях и помещениях он может превышать 25 лет.
Основные отличия КВВГ от силового кабеля
Многие люди путают проводник КВВГ с силовым кабелем, считая их однотипными продуктами. Подобное заблуждение объясняется сходной технологией изготовления изделий, а также похожей структурой жил. Но основное различие состоит в том, что эти виды проводниковой продукции используются для различных целей.
Силовой кабель необходим для подачи напряжения на рабочие механизмы, а контрольный применяется для обеспечения электроэнергией контрольно-измерительных компонентов оборудования. Чаще всего такой проводник используется при подсоединении средств релейной защиты, автоматики, а также пускорегулирующей арматуры.
Есть у этих двух типов кабельной продукции и конструкционные различия:
Маркировка проводящих жил. Силовой кабель состоит из жил с определённой цветовой маркировкой. Так, жила заземления всегда желто-зеленая, нулевой провод синий или голубой, а фаза может выполняться в различных цветах – черном, коричневом, красном, оранжевом, белом, фиолетовом, сером или каком-либо другом. В контрольном кабеле каждая скрутка содержит синюю счётную и красную направляющую жилы. Остальные жилы покрыты изоляцией белого цвета.
Максимальная температура нагревания у силовой кабельной продукции достигает +80 градусов, а у контрольной – всего +70.
Толщина изоляции. У кабеля контрольного типа изоляционный слой тоньше, чем у силового. Так, для жилы диаметром 2,5 мм2 этот показатель составляет 0,7 и 0,8 мм соответственно. Использование более тонкой изоляции позволяет снизить себестоимость продукции контрольного типа, но повышает требования к условиям ее эксплуатации.
Эластичность. От этого параметра зависит возможность изгибания кабеля по ходу укладки. КВВГ отличается более высокой эластичностью, чем силовой проводник. Его минимальный радиус изгиба составляет 4 наружных диаметра, а у силового кабеля он достигает 10.
Кроме того, КВВГ не является бронированным проводником, поэтому при его укладке необходимо строго соблюдать рекомендации по монтажу.
Особенности прокладки кабеля
Контрольный кабель может располагаться как в помещениях, так и на открытом воздухе. КВВГ можно прокладывать по различным сооружением и эстакадам горизонтально, вертикально, наклонно. Трассы контрольных кабелей внутри помещений размещаются в защитных коробах, трубах (керамических, водопроводных, сварных, пластмассовых, асбоцементных), а также в туннелях, каналах и коллекторах.
Кабель, прокладываемый по улице, желательно поместить в канал из бетона или кирпича. Также возможна укладка проводника по дну траншеи. В этом случае по одну сторону от траншеи должна располагаться мелкая фракция вынимаемого грунта, а с другой стороны – крупная фракция или асфальт. При этом кабель засыпается не вынимаемым грунтом, а песком.
На дно траншеи, под проводник, необходимо насыпать песок, слой которого должен составлять не менее 10 см. Кабель рекомендуется поместить в пластиковую трубу или защитный гофр, если проводник будет укладываться на сложных участках. Например, между корнями деревьев или крупными предметами в земле, а также под автострадами или рядом с трассами водоснабжения, газопровода или теплоснабжения.
При засыпании земляной траншеи и утрамбовке грунта над кабельной трассой нужно сформировать небольшой холм по всей длине кабеля. Это необходимо на случай возможного проседания грунта. Если проводник протягивается по воздуху, то его нужно прикрепить к несущему тросу, который протягивается между опорами или от одного здания к другому.
