Технические характеристики
Популярность кабеля КГТП объясняется его превосходными техническими характеристиками и возможностью эксплуатации в различных климатических поясах. К преимуществам этого проводника можно отнести:
Высокие показатели устойчивости к ультрафиолетовым лучам. Это означает, что проводка может использоваться в течение длительного времени в тех местах, где она подвержена воздействию солнца.
Компактность. КГТП отличается малогабаритностью и небольшим весом, что упрощает процесс его прокладки.
Устойчивость к воздействию низких и высоких температур, а также к температурным перепадам. Провод может прокладываться и использоваться при температуре от -60 до +50 градусов по Цельсию, что дает возможность эксплуатировать его в условиях как очень холодного, так и очень жаркого климата.
Устойчивость к повышенной влажности воздуха. КГТП может использоваться при относительной влажности воздуха до 98% при температуре внешней среды до +35.
Термостойкость. Максимально допустимая температура токопроводящих жил при длительной эксплуатации – до +75 градусов.
Высокая гибкость. При производстве кабеля данной марки используются жилы 5 класса гибкости. Минимальный радиус изгиба при монтаже составляет 8 наружных диаметров. Максимально допустимое растягивающее усилие на кабель составляет 19,6 Н (2,0 кгс) на 2 мм² общего сечения всех токопроводящих жил.
Срок службы КГТП составляет 4 года с момента изготовления, гарантийный срок эксплуатации – 6 месяцев, но не позже 12 месяцев с момента производства. Запрещена эксплуатация кабеля в смотанном виде, а также под воздействием направленных нагрузок.
Если провод подключается к подвижной машине, то его следует поместить в специальное устройство укладки кабеля. Оно обеспечивает минимально допустимый радиус изгиба и предотвращает абразивный износ проводника. Строительная длина КГТП с сечением основных жил до 35 мм² составляет 150 м и более, а с течением 50-120 мм² — не менее 125 м.
