К ним относятся электротехнические коробки, силовые и сигнальные розетки, выключатели и переключатели, диммеры (светорегуляторы). Штепсельная розетка это самый распространенный вид электроустановочных изделий. Штепсельные розетки предназначены для подсоединения отдельных электроприборов к бытовой электросети посредством штепсельной вилки.
Конструкция розетки
Существует множество разновидностей штепсельных розеток, но все они состоят из одинакового набора конструктивных элементов:
колодка (у моделей для наружной установки крепится на основе корпуса);
рабочие контакты;
защитный корпус (крышка).
Колодки изготавливают из материалов-диэлектриков, которые не проводят электрический ток. Это термопласт, поликарбонат, керамика. Керамические колодки лучше всего отвечают требованиям противопожарной безопасности, но это слишком хрупкий материал, поэтому сейчас в основном изготавливают штепсельные розетки с пластиковыми колодками. Рабочие контакты представляют собой тонкие металлические пластинки, которые крепятся к колодке винтовым или пружинным соединением. К контактам с помощью зажимов подсоединяют силовой кабель, когда с ними соприкасаются штыри штепсельной вилки, ток питает электроприбор.
Чем плотнее прилегание штырей вилки к этим контактам, тем выше качество изделия. Поэтому для изготовления рабочих контактов используют медь и ее сплавы, из которых получаются достаточно упругие пластинки. От технических характеристик контактов зависит максимальная сила тока, которую выдерживает розетка, и суммарная мощность электроприборов, которые могут от нее работать. Корпус закрывает контакты, делает невозможным случайное прикосновение к ним, и одновременно выполняет декоративную функцию.
Виды розеток
Для начала разберемся, что такое штепсельная силовая розетка и чем она отличается от слаботочной. Силовая штепсельная розетка это электроустановочное изделие с разъемами под штыри штепсельной вилки, предназначенное для подключения к сети электроприборов. Изделия этой категории различаются сферой применения и характеристиками:
для сетей переменного (номинальный ток 16 А) и постоянного (10 А) тока;
бытовые (220 В) и промышленные (220 и 380 В).
Слаботочные предназначены для слаботочных сетей, по которым проводятся информационные токи низкого напряжения (12 или 24 В), сила тока измеряется в миллиамперах. Их еще называют сигнальными и подразделяют на компьютерные, телефонные, телевизионные, мультимедийные, акустические.
Штепсельные розетки классифицируются по ряду признаков:
По способу монтажа:
внутренние (скрытой установки), подсоединяются к скрытой проводке, утапливаются в стену, обычно монтируются с применением установочной коробки;
внешние (наружной установки), монтируются поверх стены с использованием подрозетника или прокладки;
модульные (для монтажа на DIN-рейку).
Наружная установка штепсельных розеток проще, но такие модели сильно выступают из стены, что не всегда удобно.
По электросхеме:
двухконтактные (без заземления);
трехконтактные (с заземлением), обеспечивают защиту от поражения током в результате пробоя на корпус электроприбора
Трехконтактная штепсельная розетка это изделие, уместное только в домах и квартирах, где сеть имеет провод заземления, который подсоединяется к заземляющему контакту. В большинстве многоквартирных домов на постсоветском пространстве об организации системы заземления стали заботиться только в последние годы прошлого века. Так что в старых квартирах устанавливать трехконтактные розетки бессмысленно, разве что предварительно реконструировать сеть в масштабах квартиры.
По количеству колодок наиболее распространенные варианты – одинарная (одноместная) и двойная (двуместная) розетки, реже встречаются тройные, четверные и даже пятиместные. Сколько колодок, столько и пар штепсельных разъемов, следовательно, столько электроприборов можно одновременно подключить. Пара разъемов обычно располагается параллельно или перпендикулярно земле, реже под углом 45°. Конфигурация разъемов соответствует конфигурации штырей вилок, она отличается большим разнообразием, в разных странах действуют свои стандарты. У нас чаще всего встречаются такие разновидности:
отечественный стандарт – цилиндрические штыри диаметром 3,5 мм;
евростандарт – цилиндрические штыри диаметром 4,5-5 мм;
американский стандарт – плоские штыри-пластины.
Различаются розетки исполнением, особенностями конструкции, наличием дополнительных элементов. В ванной комнате и других помещениях с повышенным уровнем влажности используются устройства с гидробарьером (мембрана, резиновые кольца), который предотвращает проникновение воды к контактам, и с внутренним фланцем для отвода влаги. Герметичные модели востребованы в частном секторе, где нередко осуществляется установка штепсельных розеток и выключателей снаружи дома, и необходимо защитить их от осадков, загрязнений. Они обычно имеют крышку, которая может быть подпружиненной, но наличие крышки еще не означает повышенную степень пылевлагозащиты.
Семьи с маленькими детьми часто приобретают розетки со шторками. Это такое защитное приспособление, благодаря которому ребенок не может засунуть в разъем гвоздь или пальцы. Шторки бывают поворотными и поднимающимися (подпружиненными), они закрывают разъемы, а открываются только под давлением штырей вилки, причем обоих одновременно. Если вилка входит довольно туго, а розеткой часто пользуются, она расшатывается в своем гнезде. Для предотвращения таких ситуаций выпускают устройства с клавишей-выталкивателем вилки. Идеальная для подключения электроемких приборов типа стиральной машины, бойлера в условиях повышенной влажности штепсельная розетка это модель с встроенным устройством защитного отключения (УЗО).
При выборе розетки нужно в первую очередь обращать внимание на ее технические характеристики: номинальный ток и его тип (постоянный или переменный), номинальное напряжение, степень защиты (IP20 – обычные, IP44 – пылевлагозащищенные), наличие-отсутствие заземления. Эти характеристики нужно соотнести с параметрами сети, назначением изделия. Дизайн и второстепенные особенности конструкции (выталкиватель, подсветка, крышка) тоже имеют значение, но не столь важное.
Порядок установки
Установка штепсельных розеток независимо от способа монтажа должна осуществляться при отключенном питании, причем обязательно нужно использовать отвертку-индикатор или тестер (мультиметр), чтоб убедиться в отсутствии напряжения.
Под внутреннюю розетку в стене выдалбливается отверстие.
Туда вставляют установочную коробку, пропускают в ее отверстия концы проводов.
Фиксируют коробку с помощью раствора гипса или штукатурки и ждут, пока он схватится.
Концы проводов зачищают от изоляции на 1-2 см, подводят их к соответствующим контактам и закрепляют пружинами или винтами, «хвосты» скручивают и заправляют в подрозетник.
Фиксируют винтами или раздвижными лапками колодку в подрозетнике.
Устанавливают защитно-декоративный корпус.
Для установки внешней розетки к стене крепят основу корпуса, потом к контактам колодки подсоединяют провода, сверху надевают и закрепляют крышкууса. корп
