Однако древесина слишком активно взаимодействует с окружающей средой и неустойчива к ее агрессивному воздействию. Забор из ДПК при внешней схожести с деревом не имеет его недостатков.Эстетичный и долговечный, он приобретает все большую популярность для строительства изгородей.
Состав композитного материала
Древесно-полимерный композит содержит в своем составе древесную основу и полимеры с различными модификационными добавками. Полимерная основа представлена в виде полиэтилена, ПВХ и пропилена.
При производстве используются древесная мука, опилки и стружки. Из-за своего древесного состава (70–80 %) еще одно название композита — «жидкое дерево».
Ограды из композита производят методом экструзии: изделия формируются путем выдавливания композитного состава через специальные отверстия.
Процентное соотношение состава ДПК панелей
В зависимости от используемого сырья изделия с крупными частицами нуждаются в дополнительном шлифовании, с мелкими — в обработке смолой.
Достоинства оград из древесно-полимерного композита
Забор из композита обладает превосходными характеристиками:
- Презентабельный внешний вид. Один из главных критериев, благодаря которому древесно-полимерный забор нравится застройщикам.
- Надежная защита территории. Забор отвечает всем требованиям к механической нагрузке.
- Простая и быстрая установка. Забор поставляется с готовыми комплектующими, после установки опорных столбов его нужно просто собрать. Подробная инструкция по сборке обычно прилагается.
- Устойчивость к природным влияниям. ДПК способен выдерживать большой диапазон температур, от ?50 до +100 градусов. Устойчив к выгоранию на солнце. Осадки в виде дождя и снега и вовсе не влияют на композитную изгородь. Такой забор не подвержен поражению грибком, плесенью или насекомыми.
Конструкция ограды штакетника из ДПК панелей - Простой уход. Очищать такую ограду очень просто, загрязнения с гладкой поверхности легко удаляются с помощью обычных моющих средств или из шланга.
- Хорошая механическая прочность. Доска из древесного материала с полимерными добавками способна выдержать давление около 500 кг на квадратный метр.
- Долговечность. Повышенная износостойкость материала позволяет сохранять практически неизменным его внешний вид в течение 15–20 лет.
- Разнообразие расцветок и форм. Доска из древесно-полимерного сырья может иметь вид различных фактур древесины. Кроме этого, цвет композитного забора может быть любым, от сдержанного до яркого.
- Нетоксичность и пожаростойкость. Материал не содержит вредных веществ и имеет хороший показатель огнеустойчивости.
- Доступная цена. Стоимость ограды из ДПК выйдет даже дешевле натурального древесного забора, ведь композит не нуждается в дополнительной обработке и защите.
Вариант дизайна и экстерьера ограды из ДПК
Виды ограждений из древесно-полимерного композита
Изгороди из композита выполняются в разных вариантах:
- Классический вид. Изгородь состоит из профильных столбов и вертикально расположенных досок с широким шагом.
- Забор в стиле Кантри. Профильные опоры соединены двумя поперечными лагами сверху и снизу, и доски расположены крест-накрест. Существуют другие варианты, когда в одном пролете перекрещиваются четыре доски и более.
- Пластиковый штакетник. Две опоры с двумя поперечными лагами и имитацией традиционного штакетника.
- Секция шпалера. Состоит из прямоугольной рамки с пролетом, изготовленным из решетки. Ажурный вариант прекрасно подходящий для палисадника или оформления беседки.
- Глухой горизонтальный композитный забор.
Включает в себя опоры с досками, расположенными горизонтально внахлест или просто вплотную друг к другу. В первом случае создается эффект закрытых жалюзи, во втором — сплошное полотно из досок.
Принципы монтажа древесно-полимерного забора
Система композитной изгороди полностью укомплектована необходимыми деталями и узлами:
- Столбами опоры;
- Декоративно-защитными колпаками на столб;
- Поперечными профилями;
- Досками;
- Стальными кронштейнами для опор.
Установить изгородь можно на ленточный фундамент или на металлические трубы. Трубы либо заглубляют в грунт и бетонируют, либо закрепляют анкерами. Во втором случае заливается лента фундамента.
Комбинированный забор из силикатного кирпича и ДПК
На установленные металлические трубы будут надеваться опоры из древесного композита. Столбы несут не только декоративную функцию, но и конструктивную: на них специальными болтами закрепляют поперечные профили или перила. После сборки каркаса монтируют различные вставки забора.
Изделия из ДПК можно сверлить, пилить, то есть применять обычные инструменты, как и для дерева. Высота ограды может варьироваться от 20 до 180 см.
Установка столбов
Композитные опоры можно монтировать несколькими способами:
- К стене, например, к бетонному или кирпичному столбу. Для этого опоры подрезают на необходимую высоту и, приложив к стене, сверлят в ней отверстия. Композитный столбик прикрепляется к стене дюбель-гвоздями строго вертикально.
- В землю, без металлической трубы или с ней. Если забетонированный стальной столб уже подготовлен, опора надевается на него, если нет, столб из древесно-полимерного композита на треть длины заглубляют в грунт. Выкапывается яма диаметром примерно в 40 см. Устанавливается опора и бетонируется полностью или наполовину с дренажной подушкой и щебнем.
Варианты установки столбов под ограду из ДПК - В землю с кронштейном. Нижняя часть кронштейна заостренная, на верхнюю надевается опора. Кронштейн заглубляется в землю по аналогии со столбом, над уровнем земли остается только верхушка, на которую закрепляется специальными винтами столбик из композита.
- На ровной твердой поверхности, например, на бетонном полу или на террасе, беседке. Используется кронштейн другого типа, его нижняя часть имеет площадку для крепления к плоской поверхности. После установки кронштейна на него закрепляется опора.
Последующий монтаж секций будет зависеть от вида композитной ограды. Специальные профили можно закрепить на столб вертикально и «надеть» доски горизонтально, создав забор с просветами или глухой.
Установив на столбы тот же профиль или перила, доски располагают вертикально в виде штакетника или по диагонали в стиле кантри.

Композитный материал — это отличный вариант для забора. Красивый, прочный и долговечный, он практически не оставляет шанса конкурентам, сочетая лучшие свойства натуральной древесины и современных полимеров.
