Когда наступает зима, то на окнах изнутри можно заметить небольшие капельки воды, другими словами конденсат. Появляется множество дополнительных проблем, вода течет на подоконник, а запотевшие окна выглядят не очень красиво.
Из-за чего появляется вода на окнах
Даже, если вы будете вытирать постоянно окно от влаги, ничего хорошего с этого не получится. Со временем окно все равно будет потеть, образовывая воду. Многие люди, столкнувшись с данным явлением, начинают всю вину сваливать на производителей окон. Можно с уверенностью сказать, что их вины тут нет. Потеки, наоборот доказывают то, что пластиковые окна установлены должным образом и оберегают Ваше жилье от морозов. Почему же тогда плачут окна?
Существует некий миф, что потекам подвластны только окна из пластика, а к деревянным это не относится. Это ошибка. Совершенно любое окно образовывает конденсат, несмотря на материал. Окна с двумя рамами промокают немного меньше, чем одинарные окна. Это все из-за того, что первые имеют немного другие свойства теплоизоляции.
Конденсат в помещении может быть вызван множеством различных причин. Например, одним из наиболее частых вариантов является высокая влажность самого помещения. В зимний период температура на поверхности окна очень сильно уменьшается, а иногда и вовсе равняется точке росы.
Точка росы – это показатель температуры, при котором остывающий пар превращается в жидкость. Она может располагаться в произвольном месте стены или окна. Точку росы невозможно увидеть или отрегулировать, возможно лишь показать её на схеме.
Как убрать конденсат на окнах
И все же возникает вопрос: Что делать, если плачут пластиковые окна? Самым легким способом избавления от влажности на окнах является выравнивание температур. Нужно равномерно распределить влажность воздуха и температуру внутри самого помещения. Существуют некоторые стандартные нормы, которые нужно соблюдать. Температура в помещении не должна опускаться меньше чем до двадцати градусов по Цельсию, а влажность не должна превышать 50%.
Если окна «потеют», значительно уменьшить влагу на них поможет также регулярное проветривание помещения (не меньше, чем три раза на день). Стоит также упомянуть и о том, что зимой не советуется прибегать к микропроветриванию.
Это поможет Вам предотвратить образование микротрещин на фурнитуре окон и уберечь откосы от переохлаждения. Вместо всего этого можно просто оставить окно открытым на 6-7 минут. Этого интервала вполне хватит, чтобы освободить все помещение от влаги. При этом тепло за такой промежуток времени никуда не денется.

Совет для тех, кто только собирается покупать пластиковые окна: выбирайте как можно толще профиль для своих будущих оконных рам, дабы немного уменьшить зазор. Ваш подоконник уменьшится всего на пару сантиметров, зато проблем станет намного меньше. Кстати стеклопакет лучше всего выбирать тройной. Благодаря такому выбору у Вас будет отличная шумоизоляция помещения, а плотные стекла не пропустят даже самый сильный мороз.
