Домашняя электросеть большей частью строится на применении многожильных кабелей и проводов. Однако имеются отдельные участки, на которых требуется только одна жила. Технически осуществить это решение позволяет провод ПВ (медный проводник в поливинилхлоридной изоляции). Использование
Из распаячной коробки либо напрямую из щитка к любой бытовой розетке и напрямую подсоединяемым электроприборам бросают провода с 2 или с 3 жилами (фаза, ноль, заземление). Присоединение же устройства освещения производится двумя отдельными одножильными электропроводами, один из которых (фаза) оснащён выключателем. Использовать для прерывания электрической цепи многожильные провода нерационально. Если в светильнике используется несколько ламп, то от второй клеммы выключателя к люстре делают вывод многожильного провода (жилы по числу ламп). Однако от источника света до прибора размыкания электроцепи прокладывается всё тот же фазовый одножильный провод ПВ.
Будьте осторожны! Если прерывание электрической цепи ошибочно выполнено на нулевом проводе, то светильник всегда будет находиться под напряжением. Для определения фазы используйте индикаторную отвёртку.
Согласно ГОСТу 6323-79 медный провод, изолированный поливинилхлоридом, применяется для монтажа электроцепей:
в пустотах строительных конструкций, в стальных трубах и т. п (ПВ1);
там где предполагается изгиб (ПВ2 гибкий и ПВ3 повышенной гибкости);
там где предполагается неоднократный изгиб (ПВ4 особо гибкий).
Как видим, цифра после наименования указывает не на количество жил, а на класс гибкости. Чем выше число, тем более устойчив провод на изгиб.
Обратите внимание: указанный выше стандарт с 01.01.2011 прекратил своё действие на территории РФ, однако продукция с подобной маркировкой продолжает не только применяться, но и завозиться с ближнего зарубежья. Чтобы избежать недоразумений, следует знать, что по ГОСТ Р 53768-2010 и ТУ 16-705.501-2010: ПВ1 и ПВ2 – это то же самое, что ПуВ, а ПВ3 и ПВ4 – ПуГВ (провод установочный гибкий поливинилхлоридный).
Маркировка
Нельзя приобрести при покупке просто провод ПВ. Как уже указывалось выше, рядом с буквенным сокращением всегда приводится цифра, указывающая на класс гибкости. Кроме того, условное обозначение на проводе содержит другую полезную информацию.
Например, маркировка ПВ3 2,5 Ж сообщает о том, что это медный провод 3-го класса гибкости сечением 2,5 мм, покрытый поливинилхлоридной изоляцией жёлтого цвета (возможно, оранжевого). Расшифровка обозначения ПВ3–ХЛ 2,5 БЦ позволит узнать, что нам предлагается медная жила в поливинилхлоридной изоляции, предназначенная для эксплуатации в холодном климате (до -60 С° по категории размещения 2), сечением 2,5 мм, без цвета (переходной или смешанный цвет). Возможно также изготовление проводов в климатическом исполнении ОМ (общеклиматический морской от +45 до -40 С°) по той же категории размещения 2 (под навесом либо в помещении, в условиях, идентичных нахождению на открытом воздухе, без влияния солнечной радиации).
Обратите внимание: первой всегда приводится цифра, указывающая класс гибкости, затем – информация о сечении.
Сечение токопроводящей жилы ПВ1 допускается от 0,5 до 95, ПВ2 от 2 до 95, ПВ3 от 0,5 до 95, ПВ4 от 0,5 до 10 мм. Чаще всего в быту используются провода марок ПВ3 и ПВ4. Применение провода классом ниже там, где выполняется изгиб, конечно же, не вызовет поломки медной жилы, однако процесс деформации будет запущен.
Прокладывая проводку, подумайте о потенциально возможных ремонтных работах. Возьмите за правило, пускать всегда на ноль провод синего цвета. В будущем это существенно сэкономит расходы времени на ремонт.
Кабель или провод?
В быту, да и в технической литературе, достаточно часто наименования «кабель ПВ» и «провод ПВ» используются как синонимы. Однако необходимо знать, что это не так: кабель более «тяжеловесен», он может применяться вместо провода, но замена его последним недопустима. Кабель благодаря своей общей защитной оболочке (резиновой, пластмассовой либо металлической) используется в более суровых условиях.
Маркировка кабелей (как и проводов) по новому стандарту (ГОСТ Р 53768-2010) выполняется в следующем порядке:
Тип изделия.
Степень гибкости.
Вид изоляции.
Вид оболочки (при наличии).
Пожарная безопасность и категория испытаний распространения пламени при групповой прокладке.
Особенности новой маркировки
Ряд обозначений на электротехнических изделиях, предназначенных для соединения источника тока с потребителем, не указывается. Они признаются имеющимися по умолчанию. Например:
Отсутствие указания о повышенной гибкости (Г) говорит о том, что нам предлагается изделие, которое при эксплуатации не стоит сгибать (провод ПВ1 или 2 по старой маркировке).
Если нет информации о показателях пожарной безопасности, то это – изделие, не распространяющее горение при одиночной прокладке.
Информация, касающаяся пожарной безопасности, новым стандартом прописана более подробно. Выделяются изделия категорий A, B, C, D, не горящие при прокладывании группой и, кроме того:
нг (A, B, C, D) LS – обладающие пониженным газо- и дымовыделением;
нг (A, B, C, D) LSLTx – обладающие пониженным газо- и дымовыделением наряду с незначительной токсичностью при горении;
нг (A, B, C, D) HF – не испускающие коррозионно-активных газообразных продуктов во время горения и тления;
нг (A, B, C, D) HFLTx – не испускающие коррозионно-активных газообразных продуктов во время горения и тления наряду с незначительной токсичностью при горении.
Вслед за указанием марки изделия в условном обозначении приводится информация:
о климатическом исполнении (через дефис);
после пробела – числа жил;
после знака умножения – номинального сечения жил;
после знака сложения – числа жил заземления;
после знака умножения – сечение жилы заземления (номинальное);
в скобках указывается на наличие жилы заземления (РЕ) или нулевой жилы (N);
после пробела – технические условия на конкретное изделие.
Пример условного обозначения: КуГВП-ХЛ 3 Ч25 + 1 Ч 16(РЕ) ТУ – кабель установочный (Ку), гибкий (Г), изоляция поливинилхлоридная (В), оболочка из полимерных композиций без галогенов (П), климатическое исполнение для холодного климата (ХЛ), три жилы (3) номинальным сечением 25 мм2 и одной жилой заземления (1) номинальным сечением 16 мм2.
