Для перестраховки можно провести над предметом после чистки горящей свечой, вращая ее по часовой стрелке.
Если в наличии имеется антикварная мебель или другие крупные предметы, можно протирать их влажной тряпкой, смоченной в солёной воде. Обычно такие операции доверяют различным специалистом мистикам или гадалкам.
Если оценивать антиквариат с эстетической точки зрения, то прежде чем приобретать какую-то вещь, нужно узнать как можно больше информации о предмете, чтобы понять истинную ценность. Были случаи, когда люди приобретали за бесценок предметы, существующие только в нескольких экземплярах, нередки обратные случаи, когда броская на вид вещица оказывалась дешевкой, и за неё выкладывались большие деньги.
При вложении капитала в антикварные вещи нужно опять же обладать соответствующей информацией и либо консультироваться с людьми, чья компетенция не вызывает сомнений. В зависимости от того, когда планируется получить доход от вложенных средств, нужно определять список предметов, в которые можно вкладываться. Если хочется получить быстрый доход, то для этого лучше всего подойдут конъюнктурные вещи. В долгосрочной перспективе можно получить хорошие деньги, если вложить их в классические предметы. К ним относятся: книги, картины, фарфор, бронза, изделия из драгоценных металлов, иконы, различные археологические находки, которые были изготовлены до конца XIX века.
При этом необходимо уметь отличать оригиналы от искусно выполненных поделок.
Таким образом, можно сказать, что антиквариат не стоит покупать тем, кто не владеет достаточными знаниями, чтобы отличить стоящую вещь от пустышки. Плюс ко всему при покупке оригинала необходимо учитывать возможные энергетические конфликты. С точки зрения эстетики лучше приобретать современные новые аксессуары, украшения и мебель, а с точки зрения вложения капитала существует множество других прибыльных инвестиций, начиная с недвижимости и заканчивая драгоценными металлами.
