На глянцевом покрытии видны все загрязнения и пятна, которые выглядят очень неряшливо. Также на таком потолке будут оставаться разводы после мытья, если его не протирать насухо. Такого недостатка лишены матовые потолки. Для качественного обслуживания глянцевой поверхности необходимо покупать настоящую микрофибру, которая впитывает пыль и грязь даже без моющих средств.
Глянцевые потолки точно не стоит монтировать в комнатах, предназначенных для отдыха или работы. Постоянные блики надоедают и раздражают психику, человеку сложно расслабиться или настроиться на рабочий лад.
Также глянцевые потолки требуют более тщательного ухода чем матовые. Им нужны специальные средства, а частота уборки увеличивается. Мыть потолок понравится не каждому, в этом случае матовая поверхность определенно выигрывает.
Многие хозяева, насмотревшись фото дизайнов в интернете, спешат установить глянцевый потолок, а потом сильно жалеют.
