При качественном монтаже в однофазной сети провод фаза (L) обозначается коричневым цветом, ноль (N) – синим, а заземление (PE) будет покрыто жёлто-зеленой изоляцией. В трёхфазной первая фаза (L1) будет коричневой, вторая (L2) – чёрной, третья (L3) – серой. Допускается обозначение фазной жилы другими цветами, за исключением уже закреплённых за нулём и землёй оттенками синего и жёлто-зеленого.
Нормативные документы ЕС, РФ и стран СНГ, согласно которым выполняется современная цветовая маркировка, приняты на протяжении 2009-2011 годов. В принципе, все они в большей или меньшей степени перекликаются с европейским стандартом МЭК 60445 от 2010 года. Российский ГОСТ Р 50462-2009 совпадает с ним фактически полностью.
К сожалению, кабельная продукция может не всегда соответствовать предъявляемым требованиям. В отдельных случаях значение проводов по цвету трудно распознать. Кроме того, неопытным монтажником цветовая маркировка может быть не соблюдена.
Поэтому при определении цвета проводов фаза – ноль – земля, не полагайтесь целиком на нормативные документы. Перепроверяйте информацию, сообщённую цветовой маркировкой, с помощью приборов.
Самостоятельное определение фазы, нейтрали и заземления
На бытовом уровне достаточно знания о том, что по фазному проводу электричество поступает к потребителю, а по нулевому отводится в обратном направлении. На самом деле ничего никуда не движется, это подтвердит любой специалист по электротехнике. Однако точность определения не меняет сути вопроса, по какой из жил подаётся напряжение, на какой нейтраль, а на какой земля?
Прежде всего, следует обратить внимание на цвет проводов. Как уже говорилось выше, цветовая маркировка содержит информацию о назначении жил.
Фазный провод всегда идёт через выключатель (чтобы прервать цепь и отключить нагрузку от напряжения), однако чтобы исключить вероятность того, что недобросовестный электрик перепутал жилы, воспользуйтесь обычной индикаторной отверткой, снабжённой неоновой лампой (эффективно её применение только в однофазной сети, в трёхфазной – отключайте жилы и прозванивайте).
Для проведения измерений, большим пальцем руки коснитесь индикатора на выступе рукоятки. После этого поднесите щуп поочередно к обоим контактам. При использовании устройства нельзя надевать перчатки, палец, надавливающий на индикатор, должен быть голым. Далее всё просто: соприкоснувшись с фазой, неоновая лампочка индикатора загорится, сконтактировавшись с нулём – нет.
После определения и маркировки фазного провода может понадобиться отличить нуль от земли. Тогда пригодится такой прибор, как мультиметр, один контакт которого закрепляем на фазе, а вторым последовательно прикасаемся к другим жилам. Запоминаем показатели и сравниваем между собой, комбинация «фаза – нуль» (примерно 220 В) показывает большее напряжение, чем «фаза – земля» (меньше 220 В). Кроме того, нуль от земли легко отличить «прозвонкой». Если прикоснуться щупом к нулю и клемме заземления на элетрощитке, стрелка прибора не шелохнётся. При касании к земле контакт будет.
Не забывайте, что провода фазы требуют особо «уважительного» к себе отношения. Они являются токоведущими, любое неосторожное прикасание может стать причиной тяжелого поражения электрическим током. Их расцветка может быть самой разной, нельзя только применять оттенки смежные с желтым, зеленым, синим и голубым.
Для фазного провода на электрических схемах принято обозначение латинской литерой L. Такую же букву в случае отсутствия маркировки цветом можно нанести на соответствующую жилу. Для трёхфазной сети используются обозначения L1, L2, L3, но можно встретить и символы A, B, C.
Самостоятельное обозначение цветом
Определив, какого цвета провод заземления, отыскав ноль и фазу, необходимо решить, что делать с этим дальше. Расходовать время и средства на полную замену электропроводки – не самое рациональное решение. Гораздо проще промаркировать имеющиеся жилы, чтобы избежать недоразумений в будущем.
На практике чаще всего применяются 2 способа:
Места соединения кабеля с шиной помечаются цветной изолентой. При желании на ней можно ещё и написать дополнительную информацию.
На жилы насаживаются обычные или термоусадочные трубки различных оттенков (кембрики). Такое самодельное маркирование в местах соединения кабеля с шиной не будет противоречить ни ГОСТу, ни ПУЭ (правилам устройства электроустановок).
