Все дело в том, что при помощи этого изделия достаточно легко проводится электромонтаж для подключения бытовой техники либо электроинструментов в обыденных условиях. Продукт используют для создания удлинителей с напряжением в сети до 380 В. Универсальность этого вида проводника обусловлена хорошей гибкостью, высокой износостойкостью, удобством применения.
О чем говорит маркировка
В настоящее время комфортно прожить без электричества практически невозможно. Современный человек каждый день пользуется несколькими электрическими приборами или инструментами. Для начала их работы беззаботно вставляется вилка в розетку либо удлинитель. При этом мало кто обеспокоен вопросом, что такое провод ПВС. А именно этот продукт гарантирует нормальную работоспособность бытовых приборов, инструментов, аппаратуры.
Первым шагом к уяснению функциональной сущности ПВС-кабеля становится расшифровка маркировки. Элементарные знания в этом вопросе помогут сориентироваться при подборе нужного проводникового материала.
За каждой из букв находится конкретное содержание:
«П» обозначает «провод»;
«В» говорит о наличии виниловой изоляции (она же обозначается аббревиатурой ПВХ);
«С» подсказывает, что все токонесущие жилы соединены в одной оболочке.
Иногда маркировка содержит дополнительную литеру «П». Этот добавочный символ означает, что токонесущие жилы имеют параллельное расположение. Такой кабель (ПВСП) отличается овальной формой. Появление буквы «л» (ПВСл) сообщает об изготовлении фазных проводов из луженной меди.
Легко убедиться в том, что расшифровка кабеля ПВС не так уж и сложна. Только нужно внимательно считывать всю информацию, наносимую производителем на наружную поверхность проводника.
Общее описание продукта
На наружной изоляции провода производители кодируют другую специальную информацию. Помимо расшифрованных букв там могут размещаться цифровые символы. Их правильное прочтение помогает расширить представление об описании провода ПВС.
Через небольшой интервал после буквенной маркировки располагается первая цифра. Она обозначает количественный вариант токонесущих жил в кабеле. Считывая цифры 2, 3, 4, 5, нетрудно понять, что под изоляционной оболочкой размещается соответствующее количество жил.
Далее возле первой цифры размещается знак умножения. Он предваряет следующую важную информацию. Заключается она также в цифровых символах. Встречаются обозначения:
0,7;
1;
1,5;
2,5;
В этих цифрах значится уведомление о сечении каждой жилы. Согласно стандартам по ГОСТу 22483-77, допускаются отличия в номинальном и фактическом сечении жил. Главное требование предъявляется к соответствию электрического сопротивления провода установленным нормативам.
Структура, конструктивные особенности
Структура провода ПВС насчитывает 4 основных элемента. В состав продукта входят:
токонесущая жила;
скрутка;
оболочка;
изоляция.
Токопроводящий сердечник представляет собой гибкую многопроволочную жилу из меди. Требования к проводу зафиксированы по 5 классу ГОСТа 22483.
Скрутку образуют изолированные медные провода, скрученные без заполнителя. В скрутке наличествуют различные варианты количества жил. Широко употребляются версии с 2, 3, 4, 5 жилами. Допускается скручивать изолированные пятижильные провода вокруг сердечника.
Оболочку производят из пластика ПВХ. Накладывается она, чтобы заполнить промежутки и пустоты между проводами. В результате гибкий провод получает округлую форму.
Изоляция состоит из пластиката ПВХ. Цветовая окраска осуществляется в различных вариациях. Наиболее распространены проводники с белой либо черной изоляцией. Материал покрытия не поддерживает горения. Благодаря ему сердечник надежно защищен от деструктивного воздействия плесени или грибка.
Эксплуатационно-технические характеристики
На правильный подбор конкретного проводникового продукта влияет не только удачная расшифровка его маркировки, но и знания о технических характеристиках провода ПВС. По основным параметрам осуществляется подбор необходимого провода, определяются способы монтажа.
Основные эксплуатационно-технические характеристики провода ПВС представлены в сводной таблице. К указанным параметрам целесообразно добавить описание некоторых конкретизированных показателей.
Согласно требованиям ГОСТа на изоляционной оболочке провода не должны наличествовать выпуклости или вмятины. Оболочка производится таким образом, чтобы от нее легко отделялись жилы.
Техническим характеристикам кабеля ПВС соответствует работоспособность проводника при температурном диапазоне от -25°C до +40°C. Максимально допустимая рабочая температура составляет +70°C. Монтажные работы рекомендуется производить при температуре не меньше -20°C.
Хорошая рабочая гибкость провода ПВС обеспечивается особенностями структуры жил. Они выполняются из нескольких мелких проводков. Благодаря этому не вызывает проблем изгибание провода под различными углами. От механических повреждений токоведущих жил предохраняет эластичная защитная оболочка.
Большинство производителей устанавливает гарантийный срок на использование продукта до 2 лет. Когда кабель прокладывается с частыми изгибами, срок его надежной службы составляет 6 лет. Соблюдение рекомендаций по подбору и монтажу продлевает эксплуатационный промежуток времени до 10 лет и более.
Области применения
Добротные характеристики кабеля ПВС обеспечивают активное применение изделия с целью решения широкого спектра строительно-ремонтных и бытовых задач. Проводник используют для подключения:
электроприборов, электроинструментов по уходу за жилыми помещениями, их ремонту;
бытовых приборов (холодильники, стиральные машины);
средств малой механизации (сфера садоводства и огородничества).
Дополнительная оболочка в паре с гибкостью структуры обеспечивают использование ПВС при создании переносок или удлинителей. Такие изделия могут эксплуатироваться вне помещений, в наружных электросетях. Кабель способен выдерживать серьезные нагрузки, что позволяет подключать довольно мощное оборудование.
Наиболее часто применение провода ПВС сводится к проводке в квартире или частном доме. Кабель помогает подключать к электрической цепи приборы освещения, создавать разветвленную систему розеток. Монтажная легкость ПВС обеспечила его широкое применение в электронной аппаратуре, многих электрических устройствах. Этот тип провода широко применяется при подключении силовых электроустановок, создании неподвижных либо подвижных соединений.
Значительно упрощает монтаж и ремонт ПВС употребление цветовых окрасок проводов. Установленная цветовая маркировка помогает легко определять назначение монтируемой или ремонтируемой жилы.
Практикой подтверждено, что ПВС способен выдерживать значительные механические и электрические нагрузки. Надо только провести точные расчеты основных параметров под конкретные условия применения. Тогда обеспечивается максимальная безопасность и надежность применения проводника.
