Современный строительный рынок готов предоставить материал, который не только отвечает всем этим требованиям, но и отличается сравнительно невысокой ценой и простым монтажом. Речь идет о декинге – разновидности террасной доски из древесно-полимерного композита.Забор из ДПК сочетает в себе лучшие качества материалов, которые входят в его состав – это древесный наполнитель связанный полимерами.
Состав и производство террасной доски
Второе название ДПК – термодревесина, и она составила достойную замену изделиям из натурального дерева. Благородный вид такой ограде придает ее натуральный состав, а искусственное происхождение обеспечивает отличную износостойкость и возможность предать изделию практически любую форму. В состав декинга входят три основных компонента:
- Древесная мука или волокна целлюлозы. Процентное соотношение натурального компонента может варьироваться от 40 до 80%.
- Термопластичные полимеры. Могут быть синтетического или органического происхождения – 20 — 60%.
Вариант устройства высокого забора из декинга - Различные химические добавки – 5%.
Для изготовления декинг-доски применяется оборудование, которое используется при производстве пластмассовых изделий.
Можно выделить следующие этапы при изготовлении изделий из ДПК:
- размельчение древесины до состояния муки;
- сушка переработанной древесины;
- составление пропорций полимерных компонентов и древесной муки;
- смешивание компонентов;
- прессовка доски;
- нарезка материала.
Плюсы и минусы ограждения из декинга
Забор из ДПК привлекают высокой устойчивостью к атмосферным и химическим воздействиям, отсутствием коррозийных процессов, а также нетребовательностью к уходу и обслуживанию. В пользу использования декинга в качестве ограждения свидетельствуют следующие достоинства:

- Долговечность. Срок службы составляет не менее 15 — 25 лет.
- Способность выдерживать широкий диапазон температур – от — 60 до + 80 градусов, хорошая устойчивость к температурным расширениям.
- Влагостойкость. В отличие от натуральной древесины террасная доска не боится влаги.
- Простой монтаж и легкость в обработке. С композитом очень просто работать. Под такой забор не нужен сложный, дорогостоящий фундамент.
- Устойчивость к ультрафиолету. В процессе эксплуатации материал практически не выгорает и обладает прекрасной цветоустойчивостью.
- Неподверженность грибку, плесени и гниению. Террасная доска устойчива к различным видам биологическим поражениям.
- Практичность и неприхотливость в уходе. Ограда не нуждается в дополнительном техническом обслуживании, покраске и сложном уходе.

К недостаткам древесно-полимерного композита можно отнести:
- Возможность механических повреждений. Для своего состава ДПК достаточно прочный материал, но при очень грубом механическом воздействии на нем могут оставаться царапины.
- Незначительные температурные деформации. Рекомендовано устанавливать забор из композита свободно или с небольшими зазорами 1 — 5 мм.
Виды заборов из ДПК
Ограды из древесно-полимерного композита отличаются многообразием расцветок, форм и конструкций. Это могут быть массивные глухие изгороди, отлично защищающие участок от проникновения и посторонних взглядов. Или декоративные легкие ограды с ажурной конструкцией.
- Классический композитный забор. Простой тип изгороди состоящей из вертикальных досок расположенных на большом расстоянии.
- Горизонтальное расположение. Доски установлены горизонтально — чаще всего без зазоров.
- Штакетник. Стандартный забор мало чем отличающийся от классического деревянного штакетника.
- Изгороди в деревенском стиле «Кантри». Прозрачные заборчики с широко расположенными перекрещенными досками.
- Плетенка. Из композитной доски можно сделать необычный и красивый плетеный забор. Гибкость декинг-доски это позволяет.

Комплектующие материалы и стоимость ДПК
Для наилучшего результата и красивого внешнего вида нужно использовать «родные» комплектующие для композитного ограждения. В этом случае не страшны температурные расширения материала, за счет того, что материалы одинаково реагируют на воздействия окружающей среды. Для строительства изгороди используются дополнительные элементы в виде:
- опорных столбов;
- крышек на столб;
- поперечных лаг;
- П — профилей;
- заглушек;
- крепежных скоб и уголков;
- кронштейнов.
В зависимости от того какой выбран вид доски, какой будет шаг между столбами и конструкциями забора, его примерная стоимость может составлять:
Схема конструкции ограды из декинга
- опорный столб – от 1000 руб. за одну штуку;
- штакетник – от 600 руб. за погонный метр;
- глухие заборы – от 3000 руб. за погонный метр;
- заборы с усиленными полетами – от 3600 руб. за погонный метр.
Цена забора из декинга сравнима со стоимостью материалов из натуральной древесины, с поправкой на то, что его не придется красить, обрабатывать антисептиками и противопожарными составами.
Монтаж забора из декинга
Ограждение из ДПК может иметь как горизонтальное, так и вертикальное расположение. При высоте забора от 2 м лучше располагать доски горизонтально для надежности конструкции.
Ограждение из декинга обладает неплохими звукоизоляционными характеристиками.
Чтобы внешний шум меньше проникал на территорию, между досками прокладывается звукоизоляционный материал, а доски устанавливаются в два слоя.
Установка забора
- Разметка периметра. Определение расположения опорных столбов – примерный шаг между ними от 0,5 до 3 м.
- Подготовка скважин под опоры. Столб в зависимости от высоты принято заглублять примерно на 1/3 его длины. В пробуренные ямы насыпают дренажный слой из песка и щебня около 15 — 20 см.
- Установка столбов. В скважины устанавливаются опоры. Вертикальность столбов проверяют строительным уровнем. Ровность опор по высоте контролируют с помощью натянутой сверху веревки. Яму заполняют щебнем с битым кирпичом, периодически утрамбовывая слои ломом и контролируя вертикальность опоры. Примерно 15 — 20 см над землей оставляют для заливки ямы бетоном.
- Бетонирование опор. Ямы, заполненные щебнем, заливают цементом. Он должен быть достаточно жидкой консистенции, чтобы раствор проник до дна ямы и между камнями. Смесь оставляют для высыхания на несколько суток.

Если грунт позволяет и забор планируется легкий и невысокий, опорная стойка может устанавливаться в грунт ввинчиванием или забивкой без бетонирования.
- Установка опорного профиля. На столбы снизу монтируется опорный профиль ДПК.
- Монтаж перил. В профилях вначале сверлятся отверстия, после можно осуществлять их крепление к столбам с помощью специальных болтов.
- Крепление штакетника из декинга. На перила фиксируются доски из композитного материала.
Уход за забором из ДПК
Установив забор из композита один раз, его не нужно регулярно подкрашивать и обрабатывать средствами от грибка и паразитов. Ограду моют по необходимости проточной водой из шланга. Если присутствуют трудно выводимые пятна и загрязнения, используют теплую воду и бытовые средства для очистки.
Комбинированная ограда из ДПК и каменного фундамента
Царапины на заборе из ДПК можно устранить с помощью специального маскирующего карандаша, который используется для реставрации деревянных изделий.
