Конструктивные отличия

токопроводящий модуль из алюминия (имеет круглую или секторную форму, бывает однопроволочным или многопроволочным);
изоляция отдельных жил, общая поясная изоляция – изготовлены из кабельной бумаги, которая пропитывается материалом вязкостной либо нестекающей консистенции;
зашита силового элемента (спрессованная свинцовая трубка);
подушка – представляет собой слой битума, крепированной бумаги, полиэтилентерефталатных лент, которыми покрывается оболочка свинцовой трубочки;
броня из слоя стальных лент;
наружный слой – изготавливается из стекловолокна и битума, обеспечивающего дополнительную прочность.
Такая многослойная конструкция утяжеляет общий вес кабеля. Она же обеспечивает устойчивость проводника перед механическими повреждениями либо коррозийной агрессией.
Секторная форма токопроводящих жил существенно уменьшает габариты изделия. Такие уменьшения особенно заметны при сопоставлении с кабелями, токонесущую основу которых составляют провода круглой формы.
Основные эксплуатационно-технические параметры

Анализ основных технических свойств изделия позволяет назвать его универсальным. Продукт не боится экстремальных температур окружающей среды, выдерживает высокий порог влажности. Гарантийный срок эксплуатации определяется показателем 5 лет. Удельный вес кабеля зависит от количества токонесущих волокон, диаметра их сечения. Для точных расчетов полной массы используемого кабеля необходимо включать предполагаемую строительную длину.
Сферы применения, условия монтажа
Силовой кабель АСБ предназначен для применения в стационарных сетях. Допустимая частота тока – 50 Гц, номинальное напряжение – 1–10 кВ. Благодаря проводнику осуществляется передача и последующее распределение электроэнергии.
Высокие технические характеристики позволяют укладывать кабель в открытом грунте либо траншеях. Почва с низкой и средней коррозийной активностью абсолютно не страшна маркам АСБ, АСБл. Повышенной коррозийной агрессии лучше противостоит АСБ2л.
