Для лестниц разного типа используются различные металлические каркасы. В зависимости от того, какая лестница будет устанавливаться: обычная маршевая, забежная, винтовая, дугообразная, спиральная или поворотная с площадкой, скрытая или открытая, выбирается тип каркаса.
Самые дешевые закрытые каркасы
Изначально такой каркас рассчитан на то, что все его элементы будут полностью скрыты под ступенями и панелями, поэтому к его внешнему виду не предъявляется особых требований. Чаще всего он изготавливаются из более дешевых швеллеров с уголками. Единственное, к чему стоит отнестись со всей серьезностью даже в этом случае это расчет прочности, так как пренебрежение этим пунктом может обернуться серьезными травмами при дальнейшей эксплуатации лестницы.
Обычно закрытый каркас лестницы из металла представляет собой несущую основу, состоящую из швеллеров, попарно соединенных в нескольких местах. На них крепятся уголки, так называемые косынки, служащие опорой для ступеней и подступенков. Уголки можно заменить листовым металлом, но это ощутимо усложнит процесс изготовления каркаса. Впоследствии боковая часть лестницы на металлическом каркасе закрытого типа закрывается декоративной панелью из дерева или гипсокартона.
Открытые каркасы с двумя косоурами
Такие каркасы изготавливаются из металлического профиля, имеющего прямоугольное сечение. Оба косоура выполняются в форме лесенки и покрываются эмалью. Теперь достаточно установить на них ступеньки и ограждение, и лестница примет законченный изысканный вид. Небольшой минус — на такой металлический каркас лестницы цены несколько выше, чем на закрытый. К тому же при его самостоятельном изготовлении сварные швы следует выполнять максимально аккуратно, чтобы их не было видно после покрытия.
Открытые каркасы с одним косоуром
Как правило, каркас с одним косоуром — это одна несущая балка, на которую крепятся косынки или площадки под ступени. Подступенки в этом случае не устанавливаются. Такие конструкции смотрятся очень прозрачно и воздушно, но если марши планируются широкие, рекомендуется сбоку приварить дополнительные консоли. Это позволит предотвратить прогиб ступеней при больших нагрузках.
Изготовление металлического каркаса
Обладая минимальными сварочными навыками, сварной каркас лестницы (конечно, не эксклюзивный, а простенький) можно сделать и своими руками. Рассмотрим технологии создания нескольких вариантов такой конструкции. Кстати, здесь мы не будем подробно рассматривать расчет лестницы, но если вы вдруг немного подзабыли, как это сделать, то в нижерасположенном видеоролике все это доступно объясняется.
Маршевые лестницы
Изготавливается такой каркас достаточно просто. Нам понадобится швеллер и уголки. Из швеллеров сваривается рама, на боковые грани которой навариваются уголки. При этом ступени к ним могут крепиться двумя способами:
Совет: если вместо швеллера применить профильную трубу, то при передвижении по лестнице не будет ощущаться вибрация, так как труба обладает большей жесткостью.
При желании ступени можно тоже наварить из листового железа. По окончании работ все швы необходимо зачистить напильником для того, чтобы устранить все образовавшиеся заусенцы. Перед тем как покрыть готовый каркас краской, его необходимо загрунтовать специальным раствором, препятствующим образованию ржавчины.
Винтовые лестницы
Для изготовления каркаса винтовой лестницы нам обязательно понадобится труба достаточной длины для центрального столба и труба такой же длины, но большего диаметра, для крепления ступеней. Трубу, предназначенную под ступени, строго перпендикулярно нарезаем на гильзы длиной по 230-260 мм.
Важно: труба должна быть нарезана точно перпендикулярно, иначе трудно будет добиться правильного угла ступенек.
Эти гильзы должны максимально плотно садиться на трубу, подготовленную под центральную стойку, без перекоса и люфтов. Если не удается подобрать такие диаметры, чтобы этого добиться без применения каких-либо приспособлений, то можно изготовить специальные кольца-уплотнители из прутка подходящего диаметра.
Совет: чтобы добиться нужного размера колец, пруток при их изготовлении следует накручивать на трубу меньшего диаметра.
Теперь эти кольца можно вварить в гильзы и отшлифовать их ручным фрезером. Для того чтобы получить ступени одинакового размера, проще сразу же изготовить для них специальный кондуктор. Нам понадобится оправка для трубы и несколько деревянных реек. Склеиваем их, придавая конструкции форму ступени.
Совет: оправку для трубы можно склеить из нескольких кусочков ДСП.
Теперь можно легко и быстро сварить все ступени, вкладывая трубки в получившийся кондуктор и выставляя их под необходимым углом. Одновременно ступени привариваем к своим гильзам. По окончании этой работы зачищаем все заусенцы, образовавшиеся на швах ступеней.
Теперь со спокойной душой можно приступить к сборке каркаса. Для этого гильзы аккуратно одеваем на центральную стойку и устанавливаем получившуюся конструкцию на приготовленное место. Для большей прочности и надежности нижнюю часть стойки лучше забетонировать.
После установки выставляем все ступени под нужным нам углом и, чтобы они были надежно зафиксированы, свариваем их между собой небольшими стойками. Ступени укладываем на получившийся каркас только после грунтовки и окраски всех его поверхностей.
Лестницы со ступенями Утиный шаг
Если в помещении удается разместить только крутую лестницу (уклон больше 40), то их ступени лучше сделать особой формы. Веслообразные ступени, попарно установленные в противоположном направлении, скрывают такой недостаток, как неудобность ходьбы, но становятся причиной следующего неудобства на каждую ступень можно ставить только одну ногу: либо правую, либо левую. Благодаря этому походка на лестнице становится вперевалку, утиной. Собственно, отсюда и название.
Каркас лестницы будет точно таким же, как и для любых других, а вот со ступенями придется немного повозиться. Лучше всего каркас ступеней изготавливать из квадратных труб. Каждая ступенька изготавливается отдельно и только потом прикрепляется к косоурам.
Изготавливать каркасы можно, пользуясь чертежом и раскраивая каждую ступень индивидуально, но лучше потратить некоторое время на создание кондуктора, как мы описывали в пункте о создании каркаса винтовых лестниц. В итоге это позволит сэкономить массу времени и избавит от необходимости тщательно замерять правильность углов каждой ступени. После изготовления каркасавсе швы тщательно шлифуются, заготовки грунтуются антикоррозийными составами и окрашиваются.
Конечно, выполнять все эти работы может только человек, владеющий определенными навыками сварки, о которых мы не будем говорить в рамках этой статьи. Сварочное дело имеет множество нюансов и особенностей, не зная которые очень легко испортить весь изготавливаемый металлический каркас или нанести ему повреждения, которые впоследствии могут стать причиной разрушения конструкции. Именно поэтому, если вы не обладаете достаточным опытом, не стоит даже и пытаться сделать металлический каркас лестницы самостоятельно. Тем более что огромное количество производителей предлагают готовые сборные металлические каркасы, а множество фирм быстро и за доступную плату изготовят конструкцию любой сложности.
