В настоящее время кабели этой марки являются наиболее популярным материалом для прокладывания электросетей в жилых домах.
Что представляет собой данный проводник и для чего он нужен?
Кабель силовой ВВГнг состоит из одной или нескольких токопроводящих жил, покрытых изоляцией. Жилы скручиваются друг с другом и прокладываются внутри оболочки. Эта оболочка отличается низкой пожароопасностью, поэтому проводник данной марки широко используется при монтаже электрических сетей на химических и нефтегазовых предприятиях, в помещениях с высоким риском возгорания, на улице. Производство провода регулируется ГОСТом 16442-80.
Несмотря на то, что такое изделие можно использовать в разных сферах, чаще всего оно применяется при монтаже домашней электропроводки, в частности, электрокабель прокладывается в ванной комнате, под деревянной обшивкой стен, а также в карнизах гипсокартонного потолка. Можно ли использовать этот электрокабель для подключения крупных электроприборов? Разумеется, главное – правильно выбрать диаметр кабеля (не менее 4 мм2).
Ведущими производителями данной продукции являются предприятия «Энергокабель», «Севкабель», «Подольскабель», «Москабель». А вот изделия Орловского кабельного завода рекомендуется проверять перед приобретением, так как маркировка кабеля ВВГнг у них не всегда отвечает действительности.
Маркировка изделия
Прежде всего, нужно разобраться, как расшифровывается название электропроводника ВВГнг. Это обозначение представляет собой аббревиатуру:
В (первая): материал изоляции жил – ПВХ (поливинилхлорид).
В (вторая): материал внешней оболочки – также ПВХ.
Г: голый, то есть, без дополнительной защиты.
нг: негорючий, то есть, не распространяющий горение.
А: Токопроводящая жила изготовлена из алюминия. Если подобное обозначение отсутствует, то это означает, что при изготовлении электрокабеля использовался медный провод.
Кроме вышеуказанных букв в названии проводника могут встречаться и другие обозначения. Они указывают на степень пожарной безопасности и расшифровываются следующим образом:
ВВГнг-ls: оболочка при горении практически не выделяет дыма.
ВВГнг-frls: каждая жила провода имеет дополнительную защиту из двух лент, содержащих слюду. Электропроводники этой марки широко применяются на промышленных предприятиях, взрывоопасных участках и атомных станциях.
ВВГнг-LSLTx: оболочки жил и кабеля изготовлены из материала с пониженной горючестью. При горении он выделяет меньшее количество дыма, чем его аналоги. Кроме того, выделяемый дым менее токсичный. Данный огнестойкий провод сохраняет работоспособность при пожаре, его разрешено прокладывать в социальных учреждениях.
ВВГнг HF: дым, выделяемый при горении, характеризуется пониженным содержанием вредных веществ, а, соответственно, меньшей токсичностью. Расшифровка маркировки HF (halogen free) означает, что оболочки сделаны из пластификата со сниженным содержанием галогенов.
Также следует помнить, что кроме изоляции из ПВХ (В), при изготовлении кабельной продукции может использоваться изоляция из полимера (П) или полиэтилена (Пв). Наружная оболочка провода производится из ПВХ (В) или полимера (П), она может иметь защитный шланг из ПВХ (Шв) или из полиэтилена (Шп).
Конструктивные особенности
Провод ВВГнг состоит из одной или нескольких (до 5) жил: 1-3 фазы, нулевой провод и заземление. В некоторых случаях ноль и заземление имеют меньший диаметр, чем фазные проводники (в целях снижения себестоимости продукции). В названии изделия количество жил определяется по первой цифре, а вторая цифра определяет диаметр жилы (например, 2 х 3,5). Если заземление имеет меньшее сечение, чем другие жилы, то его обозначают как +1. Например, 3 х 2,5 +1х 1,5: 3 провода сечением 2,5 мм2 и 1 провод на шаг меньше – 1,5 мм2.
Кабель ВВГнг, в зависимости от формы и количества жил, бывает круглым, треугольным, пятиугольным или плоским. Жилы могут быть круглыми (обычно одножильными) или секционными (многожильными). Жилы соответствуют классам 1 и 2 по ГОСТу 22483.
Цветовая маркировка изделий полностью соответствует современным стандартам, то есть, фазный провод может быть чёрным, красным, коричневым, фиолетовым или др., нулевой – синим или голубым, а заземляющий – желто-зеленым. Изоляция проводника может быть окрашена в соответствующий цвет полностью или частично. Во втором случае вдоль изоляции наносится цветная полоска шириной около 1 мм.
Между медным проводником каждой жилы и ее изоляцией присутствует разделяющий слой из специального материала или талька. Этот слой не позволяет разогретой меди прилипать к изоляции. Сверху кабель покрывается оболочкой, пространство между жилами заполняется пластификатом. Однако если сечение кабеля ВВГнг меньше 25 мм2, то изделие может выпускаться без заполнения.
Диаметры кабелей ВВГнг варьируются в пределах от 1,5 до 240 мм2. При этом в свободной продаже обычно имеются изделия с жилами до 35 мм2, а более крупные размеры необходимо заказывать.
Чтобы проложить проводку в квартире, рекомендуется приобрести электрокабель сечением не меньше 2,5 мм2 для розеток и не менее 1,5 мм2 для освещения. Для подсоединения мощной бытовой техники необходимо протянуть отдельную линию от распределительной коробки. Выполняется прокладка кабеля ВВГнг диаметром от 4 мм2.
Вес кабеля ВВГнг нужно учитывать при прокладывании линии по различным поверхностям (они должны выдерживать соответствующую нагрузку). Масса кабеля длиной 1 км различается в зависимости от поперечного сечения и варьируется в пределах от 113 (2 х 1,5) до 2646 кг (4 х 50). У кабеля ВВГнг вес может превышать эти значения, если имеются дополнительные уровни защиты. Так, электропроводник ВВГнг-LS 4 х 240 достигает массы 10526 кг.
Основные технические характеристики
Главное, что интересует покупателей кабеля ВВГнг – технические характеристики продукта. Вот основные эксплуатационные показатели:
Номинальное постоянное напряжение (допустимый ток) – 1000В, а переменное напряжение – 660В.
Частота составляет 50 Гц.
Использование ВВГнг разрешается при температуре окружающей среды от -50 до +50 градусов по Цельсию и при уровне влажности воздуха не более 98%.
Максимально допустимая температура, которую могут длительно выдерживать жилы проводника, составляет 70 градусов. При этом электрокабель можно нагревать до 250 градусов на период не более 4 секунд (например, при коротком замыкании). Возгорание изделия начинается при температуре более 400 градусов.
Монтаж линии с использованием данного электропроводника разрешен при температуре внешней среды не ниже -15 градусов.
Кабель может функционировать в аварийном режиме не более 8 часов в сутки и не более 1000 часов за весь период эксплуатации.
Минимальный радиус изгиба достигает 7,5 поперечных диаметров для одножильного кабеля и 10 сечений для многожильного.
Кабель ВВГнг может использоваться в течение 30 лет, гарантийный срок составляет 5 лет. При неправильном хранении проводник может эксплуатироваться не более 2 лет.
Электросопротивление изоляции составляет 12 МОм/км при сечении 1,5 мм2, 10 – при диаметре 4-5 мм2, 9 – при 6-9, 0,005 – при 10 и более.
Строительная длина составляет 450 м для продукции с сечением до 16 мм2, 300 м для диаметра 25-70 и 200 м, если сечение превышает 95.
Способы прокладки линий
Безопасное применение кабеля ВВГнг возможно только при условии его правильного монтажа. Так, прокладывание электрокабеля открытым способом без гофры возможно по поверхностям, изготовленным из негорючих или трудногорючих материалов (из бетона, кирпича, гипса или штукатурки). Также допускается прокладка по подвесным сооружениям (тросам), если они обеспечивают надежную опору и не допускают растяжения или провисания кабеля.
Если существует угроза механического повреждения изделия, то необходимо использовать дополнительную защиту (металлические рукава, трубы, кабель-каналы или гофрорукава). Защита также требуется при прокладке линии по сгораемым деревянным поверхностям или под землей.
Чаще всего кабель ВВГнг прокладывается закрытым способом, именно он используется в жилых помещениях. Линии прокладываются в специально проделанных бороздах или в пустотах внутри стен, а затем закрываются штукатуркой. Такой способ монтажа сводит к минимуму вероятность механического повреждения, поэтому закрытые линии прокладываются без гофры.
