Пергон в переводе с немецкого означает «коридор из решеток». Еще один похожий вид называется забор из габионов, что значит «ящик с камнем».

Особенности пергона
Стандартные заборы пергоны представляют собой прямоугольный короб из стальных оцинкованных прутьев толщиной 6–8 мм. Габариты изгороди составляют: 25 см — толщина, от 50 до 240 — высота, рекомендуемая длина между опорами не должна превышать 250 см.

Цена на заборы пергоны зависит от стоимости основного наполнителя и сложности работ по установке изгороди. Также на стоимость пергона оказывают влияние размеры пролетов, наличие фундамента и декоративных элементов, вид крепления.
Сетка для пергона имеет не слишком высокую стоимость, а вот цена наполнителя может сильно различаться. Натуральные камни — самый дорогой материал, дешевле наполнители со стеклом, искусственным камнем, деревом.
Установить самую невысокую секцию забора с забетонированными столбами, натуральным камнем и габаритами 2,5 х 0,26 х 0,60 в среднем обойдется в 1000 р. Такой же забор максимальной высоты 2,4 м можно купить за 3000–3500 р.

Технически пергоны несложны в установке, поэтому можно сэкономить значительные средства и возвести забор своими руками.

Наполнитель из крупного камня — самый используемый вариант, пергон из камня имеет очень внушительный и неприступный вид.

Перед установкой забора следует определиться с цветом и размером элементов заполнения. На ограду предпочтительнее выбирать камень средней фракции: не слишком мелкий, но и небольшой.
Сетка для пергона
Сетки устанавливаются на твердое основание либо на заранее залитый ленточный фундамент, бетонный пол или на землю. Фундамент не обязательно должен быть ленточным или специально оборудованным. Подойдет простое бетонирование столбов или старый фундамент от прежнего забора. Между опорами-стойками соблюдается шаг в 2,5 м.
Делать расстояние большим не рекомендуется, чтобы избежать напряжения в сетке и надежно удерживать тяжелую конструкцию. Стойки изготавливают из оцинкованного стального прута диаметром в 8–10 мм. Столбы оснащены специальными фланцами для удобства крепления сетки. 
Материал, из которого изготовлена сетка, — стальной прут диаметром от 5-6 мм. Специальное антикоррозийное покрытие не позволит сетке потерять свой внешний вид и прочность в течение длительного времени.
Стандартные габариты сетки — 25 см в ширину, 60–240 см в высоту. Такая толщина забора пергона — оптимальный вариант и защищает от шума улицы, взглядов прохожих, пыли и выхлопных газов.
Установка изгороди из пергона
Чтобы недорого установить изгородь из пергона, следует подобрать соответствующие материалы для засыпки, например булыжник, битый кирпич, бетон, различные ветки, кору и прочее. Уложить все можно послойно, вперемежку или попробовать выложить рисунок. Опорные столбы, листы металлической сетки, крепеж приобретаются в готовом виде.
Этапы установки ограды пергон
Ширина ямы — 20 х 20 см. Столб устанавливается в яму по уровню строго вертикально и фиксируется распорками из дерева. В яму заливается раствор, хорошо утрамбовывается и оставляется до высыхания.
