При строительстве любого дома самым важным вопросом всегда является долговечность и прочность фундамента. Так как эта часть – основа сооружения, то многие владельцы сразу начинают думать о таком материале, как бетон или насыпь из шлака и земли. Но есть и более бюджетное и необычное решение этого вопроса, например, фундамент из покрышек своими руками.
Если важным вопросом при строительстве: как максимально скомпенсировать затраты бюджета, выделенного на работы, то фундамент из простых новых или старых автомобильных покрышек — это наиболее выгодный выход.
Для начала разберёмся что же такое фундамент и что такого важного он несёт для конструкции дома? В общем, фундамент – это конструкция для подземной части здания или сооружения. Через эту конструкцию проходит передача всех нагрузок от составных частей строения (стен, перекрытий) на землю.
Чтобы правильно подобрать материал для фундамента вашего дома для начала нужно выяснить тип грунта на участке и о его свойствах.
Также не стоит обходить вниманием и другие факторы: уровень грунтовых вод, глубина промерзания грунта, рельеф поверхности, насыщенность подпочвенными водами.
Преимущества фундамента из покрышек
Технология работы по возведению такого типа основания для сооружения довольно проста, она не потребует от вас каких-то особых знаний, умений и навыков. При этом почти весь необходимый материал всегда можно найти без проблем. Любое СТО без проблем отдаст старые отработавшие автомобильные покрышки бесплатно, ведь это снимет с них вопрос утилизации.
Положительные моменты в использовании старых шин в качестве материала для фундамента:
- Такой материал позволит значительно сэкономить на основных стройматериалах: цена на автопокрышки сегодня довольно доступная;
- автомобильные шины отличаются очень продолжительным сроком эксплуатации, главное условие для их продолжительной службы защита от солнечных лучей;
- автомобильная резина может использоваться в качестве промежуточного гидроизоляционного слоя, который не позволяет фундаменту из бетона или насыпи нижним венцам здания намокнуть;
- при помощи резины можно легко скомпенсировать неравномерные деформации, происходящие при смене погоды и сезонных колебаниях температуры воздуха;
- если место постройки подвержено сейсмической активности, то шины являются прекрасной смягчающей подушкой, способной уберечь стены от разных критических воздействий.
Но, существенный недостаток при укладке автомобильных шин в качестве фундамента является то, что при нагревании, которое будет неизбежно происходить, резина выделяет вредные для человека вещества. Однако, этот недостаток исправляется тщательной работой по монтированию и установке покрышек.
Как правильно возвести фундамент из старых шин
Всего известно два возможных варианта укладки такого типа фундамента. В первом случае шины используются для создания фундаментной плиты.
Чтобы правильно выполнить такую укладку необходимо выполнить несколько этапов:
- подготовка и обязательная нивелировка площадки;
- монтаж шин в этом случае происходит в два слоя;
- засыпка подготовленного материала грунтом;
- установка опалубки по всему периметру;
- установка поверх старых, установленных шин металлического или жестяного каркаса и швеллера;
- заливка слоем бетона.
Есть также второй вариант, в котором покрышки можно использовать в качестве столбов под готовое сооружение. Для такой установки чаще всего выбираются углы здания и еще пара точек непосредственно по площади. В центр каждого такого столба заливается либо грунт, либо бетон, который, конечно же, предпочтительней.
Первый способ возведение фундамента
Для возведения фундамента характерны несколько основных этапов возведения.
Все работы лучше выполнять по следующей схеме:
- Вначале необходимо тщательно очистить участок под строительство от различного природного мусора. На этом этапе необходимо снять верхний слой грунта (около 20-30 см).
- Затем производится непосредственно укладка покрышек, для этого их лучше укладывать в два слоя. Такой способ позволит сделать основание более устойчивым.
- Пустоты, которые обязательно появятся между и внутри шин, так как материал круглый засыпают таким материалом, как: мелкий гравий, грунт, битый кирпич, другой строительный мусор.
- На подготовленный слой шин укладывают сверху слой рубероида или плотного линолеума, желательно производственного. Это нужно для того, чтобы в дальнейшем равномерно залить бетоном основание.
- Вокруг рядов сооружается опалубка, для этого площадка, выделенная под фундамент, огораживается деревянными бортиками или металлическими швеллерами. Высота таких бортов должна быть не меньше 10 см. Внутри огороженного пространства устанавливается арматура, а лишь только потом заливается бетон.
