Течь из металлической трубы отопления или водопровода может стать настоящей катастрофой. Лужи, залитые и ругающиеся соседи, пострадавшие полы и стены… Течь нужно устранять экстренно, а если на замену труб пока нет ни времени, ни средств, подойдут простые, но достаточно эффективные методы.
Течь может возникнуть по самым разным причинам: труба просто износилась, проржавела, сварщик плохо сработал, не слили воду из системы на даче и трубы перемёрзли… В любом случае действовать нужно максимально быстро, чтобы не допустить коммунальной катастрофы.
Первый способ-использовать медицинский бинт
временно устранить течь, например, на резьбе металлической трубы — использовать медицинский бинт, промоченный в воде и посыпанный солью. Бинт смачивается и плотно обматывается вокруг места протечки, каждый виток сопровождается посыпанием солью. Это временный способ! Просто, чтобы продержаться до прихода мастеров и возможности заменить или капитально отремонтировать трубу.
Второй способ-медицинский бинт с цементом
устранить течь тоже связан с использованием медицинского широкого бинта. Нужно развести цемент до состояния кашицы и вымочить в растворе бинт. Затем им обматывается место протечки, плотно, в несколько слоёв. Цемент застынет через пару часов, герметизировав место протечки. Если трубу пока решено не менять, можно зачистить место обмотки наждачной бумагой и закрасить. Но всё же такой способ ремонта нельзя назвать долгосрочным, хотя — это более надёжный вариант, чем бинт с водой и солью.
Третий способ-использование хомута
один из наиболее популярных вариантов ремонта трещины в металлической трубе — использование хомута. Заводские хомуты продаются разного размера, нужно выбрать по диаметру трубы. Под хомут подкладывается резина, можно вырезать кусок, например, из велосипедной шины, голенища резинового сапога, плотной рабочей перчатки. Заменить заводской хомут могут жгут, верёвка, шланг, гибкая проволока.
Важно! Перед началом ремонта треснувшей металлической трубы, её следует очистить от ржавчины и старой краски, отметить место протечки и просушить его.
Четвёртый вариант-использование клинышка
применяется, если нельзя перекрыть воду, хомут не держится, а причина протечки — свищ. В этом случае можно вырезать небольшой клинышек конической формы из дерева и вбить его в отверстие. Вбивать клинышек в место протечки нужно очень аккуратно, это временная мера, но хозяева получат возможность заняться основательным ремонтом без фонтана из трубы.
Пятый способ-клеевой состав
подразумевает использование клеевого состава или холодной сварки. Место протечки в этом случае необходимо высушить, вырезать кусок резины, пластика, стеклоткани, гибкой стали подходящего размера с запасом в два-три сантиметра. Материал смазывается клеевым составом, лучше использовать эпоксидный, или холодной сваркой, крепко прижимается к месту протечки. Придётся подождать, пока клеевой состав схватится. Есть разновидности готовой холодной сварки консистенции пластилина, таким составом можно просто замазать, заткнуть трещину или отверстие. Но наличие куска подходящего материала сверху не помешает.
Шестой метод- использование клеевого состава и хомута
Как показывает практика, наиболее надёжным является метод — сочетание использования клеевого состава и хомута. В этом случае смазанный холодной сваркой или клеем кусок резины, металла, пластика, стеклоткани прижимается к треснувшей трубе хомутом. Удобно, что не придётся держать материал, дожидаясь застывания клея.
В любом случае настоятельно советуем вам при ближайшей возможности заменить аварийную трубу. Трещина, утечка — знак, что инженерными коммуникациями нужно основательно заниматься, заменить прохудившиеся трубы.
