Высохшую шпаклевку шлифуют и наносят следующий слой. На этот раз укрывается вся поверхность стены. Высохший слой вновь шлифуют до получения ровного слоя. При необходимости процедуру повторяют.
Удалив с поверхности стены пыль и другие загрязнения, ее вновь грунтуют в несколько слоев. Помимо защиты шпаклевки от впитывания влаги, грунтовка обеспечивает высокую адгезию к ней финишной отделки стен.
На следующем этапе приступают к нанесению жидких обоев. Помимо высоких эстетических качеств, такой вид отделки обладает хорошей эластичностью и прочностью. Это придает гипсокартонной стене улучшенные эксплуатационные характеристики.
Жидкие обои отлично подходят для жилых помещений, в том числе и для детских комнат. Так как они практически полностью состоят из хлопковых или целлюлозных волокон, материал обладает высокой экологической чистотой.
Разводить жидкие обои нужно в строгом соответствии с инструкцией на упаковке. Это в особенности касается точного соблюдения пропорции воды и материала. Смесь лучше готовить небольшими порциями, по содержимому одного пакета. Большое количество раствора приготовить сложно, так как не удастся хорошо его размешать.
После достижения готовности, обои наносят на стену при помощи шпателя и пластиковой терки, распределяя по ней тонким ровным слоем. Далее стены оставляют сушить на один или два дня.
