Тем, кто раньше не сталкивался с электрикой, разделка проводов и кабелей кажется сложной задачей.
Чтобы быстро снять изоляцию, нужно обладать специальным инструментом. Для домашнего использования подойдут недорогие приспособления — потратить придется не больше 1000 рублей на все (если приобретать несколько инструментов).
Виды инструмента для разделки
Для снятия изоляции используют специальное оборудование: ножи, называемые кабельными или ножами электрика, кусачки, пассатижи, стрипперы. Выбор изделий зависит от типа и диаметра кабеля. В некоторых случаях приходится применять даже паяльник.
Станок для разделки кабеля может быть разных видов:
Плоскогубцы с режущими кромками в виде прямых отрезков, рельефных губок или прецизионными отверстиями. Удобный инструмент, который можно использовать не только для снятия изоляции с кабеля. Главное, при работе с прямыми лезвиями не слишком сильно давить на ручки, иначе можно перерезать жилу.
Кабельный нож — специальный инструмент для разделки кабеля, в котором лезвие имеет серповидную форму. Дешевый и простой в использовании инструмент для снятия изоляции. Перед его использованием в реальных условиях рекомендуем потренироваться на ненужных отрезках — требуется некоторая сноровка, чтобы правильно работать с изделием.
Кусачки (бокорезы). Стоят дороже остальных инструментов, но зато позволяют быстро и безопасно очистить провод — инструмент для снятия изоляции подстраивается под диаметр кабеля.
Стриппер позволяет легко и безопасно снять изоляцию с кабеля. Есть специальные стрипперы для работы с оптоволоконными проводами, витой парой.
Не путайте стрипперы и кримперы. При внешней схожести изделия имеют разное назначение. Стриппер использует для зачистки. Он позволяет безопасно для себя и кабеля снять защитную оболочку. Состоит из двух рукояток и губок, на которых есть лунки разных размеров — под кабели разных диаметров. Кримпер — это специальный инструмент для обжимки проводов. Его широко применяют при установке наконечников на Ethernet-кабели.
На что обратить внимание при выборе?
При выборе нужно обращать внимание на максимальный и минимальный диаметры провода, с которыми можно работать с помощью инструмента. Важен материал изготовления изделия. Нержавеющая сталь прочна, но хуже поддается заточке. Лучший вариант — специальный сплав для инструментов.
Ручки качественной продукции имеют изоляцию, и производитель указывает, от тока какого напряжения она защитит. Существуют покрытия, которые не пропускают электричество напряжением до 1 кВ.
С точки зрения диаметра разделки кабельный нож универсален. При желании им можно обработать даже массивный силовой провод. Точный диапазон рабочих диаметров имеют кусачки, плоскогубцы, стрипперы. Для домашнего применения достаточно обладать инструментом для зачистки кабеля диаметром до 20–25 мм.
Как применять разные инструменты?
Любой станок для разделки кабеля достаточно прост в применении, но все же требует определенных навыков обращения. Каждый тип изделий действует по определенному принципу, в связи с чем возникают особенности работы с ним.
Нож электрика
Нельзя использовать обычный нож с прямым лезвием. Во-первых, зачистка кабеля неподходящим инструментом связана с опасностью сильно порезать руку. Во-вторых, очень сложно снять оболочку и не повредить жилу. Если решено использовать нож, это должен быть специальный нож электрика. Как очистить провод с помощью этого инструмента:
Кабель кладут на твердую поверхность.
Прижимают кабель чуть дальше от места разреза указательным пальцем не ведущей руки (для правшей — это левая).
Вдавливают нож в изоляцию.
Другой рукой проворачивают кабель на 360° и тянут в противоположную сторону от ножа.
Главное в этом процессе — рассчитывать силу нажатия так, чтобы не повредить жилу. Для этого нужно немного потренироваться.
Паяльник
Снять изоляцию с кабеля паяльником — не самая хорошая идея. Но иногда ничего другого не остается. Он применяется так же, как и нож, просто вместо режущей кромки — разогретое жало. Необходимую температуру подберите опытным путем. Она должна быть достаточной, чтобы расплавить оболочку, но не слишком высокой, чтобы не повредить жилу.
Недостатки использования паяльника для очистки жил проводов и кабелей:
неприятный запах, выделение токсинов, от которых может разболеться голова;
придется потратить время на чистку жала;
есть вероятность расплавления жилы, поэтому не рекомендуется использовать паяльник при работе с мелкими проводами.
Применение паяльника в некоторых случаях оправдано. Например, для разделки кабеля коаксиального типа режущие инструменты применять затруднительно.
Стриппер, плоскогубцы, бокорезы
Три инструмента работают по схожему принципу: провод зажимается между режущими кромками, и они смыкаются. После этого нужно провернуть инструмент, чтобы прорезать изоляцию по всей длине окружности.
Отличие стриппера в том, что он четко ограничивает развиваемое усилие. Если кабель помещен в подходящую его диаметру лунку, повредить жилу будет невозможно. Поэтому рекомендуется приобрести именно это приспособление. Особенно если в планах масштабные работы с электричеством и куплены провода с несколькими жилами.

Станок для разделки кабеля — это не все что нужно, чтобы качественно очистить проводник. В работе с разными типами продукции возникают сложности, которых можно избежать, если руководствоваться следующими правилами.
Зачистка коаксиального кабеля проводится в два этапа. Сначала удаляют внешнюю оболочку. Для этого часто пользуются паяльниками, так как изоляция достаточно плотная и поддается не каждому инструменту для очистки. Причем провести нужно не по длине окружности, а вдоль провода — до его конца. После снимается внутренняя изоляция. Для этого можно использовать станок для разделки кабеля.
Изоляцию эмалированных проводов снимают ножом или паяльником. Первый подойдет при площади сечения жилы от 0,2 мм2 и выше. Также можно использовать наждачную бумагу для снятия покрытия, а затем применить более подходящий станок для разделки кабеля — стриппер или бокорезы.
К резиновому покрытию нельзя применять паяльник — оно расплавится, пристанет к жиле. Кроме этого, дым от резины токсичен. Поэтому, если нет подходящего инструмента, его нужно приобрести.
Бумажную изоляцию легче всего снимать ножом.
Чтобы быть в любую минуту готовым к очистке кабеля от изоляции, нужно иметь в доме три инструмента: паяльник, нож электрика и стриппер. Они применяются в зависимости от типа проводника.
Если все правильно очищено, провода будут работать подобающим образом. Нужно остерегаться неправильной разделки кабелей, повреждения жил — это приведет к повышению сопротивления и снижению токонесущих параметров сердцевины.
Что делать после снятия изоляции?
