Пленочный теплый пол ворвался на профильный рынок и за максимально короткое время занял лидирующие позиции в топах продаж. Говорить о превосходстве данной модели излишне, ибо они настолько очевидны, что это быстро поняла огромная армия благодарных покупателей.
Такой вид обогрева имеет смехотворно малую массу, обладает компактными размерами, радует высочайшим КПД. Устройство инфракрасного пола настолько уникальное, что предусматривает повторное его использование после демонтажа. Ценным является и факт прямой экономии, ведь прогревать можно только ту поверхность, которой непосредственно будут касаться ноги. Места, где расположена крупная мебель, задиванные пространства легко можно обойти. Но такой подход приемлем при наличии дополнительных предметов для обогрева (конвекторы, радиаторы). Если кроме теплого пола вы не планируете использовать дополнительные элементы обогрева, то покрывать ИК пленкой необходимо до 70% процентов площади пола.
Надо отметить, что выполнить монтажные работы самостоятельно совсем не сложно. Поэтому монтаж теплого пленочного пола своими руками давно перестал быть задачей только для профессионалов. Как не нарушить технологический процесс? Каков порядок и последовательность действий? Давайте разбираться.
Кратко об устройстве ИК теплого пола
ИК теплый пол подобного вида состоит из полистирольной пленки в которую запаяли карбоновую пасту. В более дешевых вариантах она проходит полосами, в более дорогих – сплошь. По проводникам из меди и серебра распространяется электрическая энергия. К ним присоединены провода от источника питания.
Электрический ток, проходя по пасте из карбона, заставляет ее излучать тонкие инфракрасные лучи. Дополнительно система оснащена терморегулятором, посредством которого и происходит регулирование температуры нагрева вашего пола. Установка термостата – это правильное с экономической стороны решение, ведь тогда нагрев станет «умным»: вы сможете точно указывать время максимального и минимального подъема-снижения температуры. В комплектах к ИК полу идут прокладки:
- теплоотражающая подложка. Она не позволит греть потолок соседям, а перенаправит тепловые лучи в помещения вашей квартиры;
- вкладыш между пленкой и напольным покрытием. Его выбор зависит от материала финишной отделки напольного покрытия.
Если предыдущий пол находится в удовлетворительном состоянии, то демонтаж не нужен. Сделать пленочный пол можно и на старом покрытии, только обязательно оно должно быть ровным, без видимых загрязнений и пыли.
Установка термопленки под ламинат и паркетную доску
На первичный пол аккуратно укладывают тепловой экран, на который и ляжет непосредственно термопленка. Для минимизирования угрозы попадания влаги, термопленку накрывают обычным полиэтиленом. И лишь на полиэтилен укладывают чистовой материал для напольного покрытия.

Во избежание продавливание греющих элементов под мягким напольным покрытием, обязательно устанавливают твердую прослойку из листов толстой фанеры, ДВП, ОСП.
Установка термопленки под плитку и кафель
Монтаж теплого пола под плитку несколько сложнее иных вариантов. Для соблюдения технологии, необходимо приобрести малярную сетку из материалов, которые не проводят электричество. Сетку обязательно фиксируют к основному полу дюбелями. Делают это предельно аккуратно, дабы не повредить полосы карбона и сеть проводников.
Плитка (кафель) прекрасно удерживают тепловую энергию, поэтому установка обогревательных элементов имеет максимальную экономическую выгоду, которая с быстро окупит дополнительные траты на расходные материалы.
Монтажные работы
Работы по монтажу начинаются с составления схемы, в которой определяют месторасположение терморегулятора.
Подготовка основного пола начинается с максимального выравнивания и тщательного удаления даже мельчайших частиц пыли. Поверхность стоит хорошенечко пропылесосить.
Тепловой экран стелют по всей поверхности будущего пола, даже там, где не планируется монтаж тепловых элементов. Обязательно металлизированной стороной поворачивают к основному полу. Если основной пол скользкий, то можно «посадить» его на клей. Швы скрепляют обычным скотчем, этот прием не допустит расползания дорожек термоизоляции.
Термопленку чаще всего требуется разрезать на части.
Делают это ножницами по специально нанесенной заводской разметке. Медную полосу обращают вниз, а контакты – к стене с терморегулятором. Многие бывалые мастера-ассы советуют прикрепить теплый пол к тепловому экрану скотчем. От стены отступают на менее 20 см.
Размеры обогревателя зависят от площади, которую планируете утеплить. Для узких помещений подойдут рулоны в 50 см. Для более широких вариантов подбирают ширину 1 м. и шире. Минимальная длина рулона равна 2.1 м. Укладку желательно делать по длине комнаты, тогда точек подключения проводов будет в разы меньше. Нахлесты приведут к выходу из строя всей системы, поэтому не допускайте их.
Установление температурного датчика не должно вызвать особых затруднений. Его необходимо тщательно зафиксировать на греющей поверхности все тем же скотчем. Только помните 3 правила:
- устанавливают регулятор там, где планируется максимально низкая нагрузка;
- размещают в ближайшей точке от терморегулятора;
- датчик нужно «утопить» в ниже лежащих слоях, дабы избежать неровностей.
- Терморегулятор размещают на стене, непосредственно рядом с розеткой. Место должно быть легкодоступным, а терморегулятор не должен мешать обустраивать помещение. Для распределительной коробки высверливают нишу либо монтируют на стене. Дальше штробят каналы для проводки.
- Важно определить необходимую мощность прибора. Мощность терморегулятора рассчитать достаточно легко: 1 кв. метр пленки потребляет 200 Вт. Перемножьте это число на количество задействованной в работу квадратных метров обогревателя и у вас получится нужная мощность термостата.
- Контактные зажимы присоединяем к полосам медного проводника, а к ним подключаем монтажный провод. Тщательно все изолируем.
- Терморегулятор подсоединяем к электросети, и это дело лучше доверить электрику.
- Проводим тестовое включение системы не выше 30 гр. по Цельсию. Обязательно проверьте места изоляции на предмет утечки тока и нагрева. Если температура в этих местах повышается, то подтяните контакты. Не должно быть искрения, запаха плавящейся проводки, постороннего шума. Все безукоризненно работает? Тогда дальше слои «пирога» делаем в зависимости от предполагаемого финишного напольного покрытия.
Вот и все, монтаж окончен! Теперь остается только наслаждаться уютом и так необходимым теплом.
