Общие принципы строительства
Независимо от материала, формы и размера лестницы, существуют основные принципы сооружения входной лестницы, которые надо знать всем, кто строит дом, и тем более кто выполняет строительные работы своими руками. Необходимо, помнить, что входная лестница не защищена от неблагоприятных атмосферных факторов, что требует высокого качества материалов или их дополнительной обработки. Деревянные поверхности пропитывают антисептиком, обрабатывают лаком, металлические покрывают противокоррозийными средствами. Поверхность ступеней не должна быть скользкой. Часто бывает, что входную лестницу не вносят в план дома, и вспоминают о ней, когда уже готов фундамент или первый этаж. В идеале фундамент дома и входной лестницы должен быть единым. Входная лестница с автономным фундаментом менее прочная и недолговечная.
Как грамотно рассчитать размеры
При проектировании лестницы важно соблюдать правильные пропорции, они одинаковы для всех типов лестниц. Эти стандарты выверены временем и обеспечивают безопасность и комфортный шаг. Следует придерживаться следующих параметров:
— высота ступеней (подступенок) — 15-18см;
— глубина (проступь) — 27-32см;
— угол уклона поверхности для водоотвода — 1,5 градуса;
— ширина площадки перед входной дверью не менее 1м;
— оптимальный угол подъема лестницы 30 градусов.
Для самостоятельного сооружения входной лестницы хорошо подходит бетон. Бетонные лестницы износоустойчивы, хорошо переносят физические и температурные нагрузки, бетон — дешевый материал, он прост в работе и пластичен, хорошо сочетается с другими отделочными материалами: металлом, деревом, пластиком, керамикой, что позволяет реализовать любую дизайнерскую фантазию.

Сборка опалубки — самый важный и трудный этап.
Опалубку устанавливают там, где будет размещаться лестница. Для того, чтобы достичь максимально гладкой поверхности ступеней опалубку делают из строганых досок или изнутри заделывают фанерой. Доски обильно проливают водой, чтобы они не впитывали влагу из бетона. Затем монтируется арматурный каркас из стальных прутьев, это обязательное условие для повышения прочности конструкции и предотвращения растрескивания бетона. Для еще большего укрепления ступеней дополнительно можно установить металлический уголок со специальными крючками («усами»). Только после этого можно заливать бетонную смесь.

На даче для кирпичных и каменных домов лучше построить входную лестницу из бетона и кирпича.
