Важный элемент электросети в квартире, частном доме – распределительная коробка для электропроводки, внутри которой соединяются провода. В многоквартирных домах на лестничной клетке установлены этажные распределительные щитки, от них разводятся кабели к центральным распредкоробкам в каждой квартире. Распределительный щит для электропроводки – достаточно сложное устройство приема и распределения энергии. Помимо коммутационных устройств в нем есть элементы защиты и управления – предохранители, основной выключатель, УЗО, а также счетчик. В то время как внутри коробки для кабелей есть только клеммные колодки или просто свободное пространство для соединения проводов.
Схема электропроводки в квартире
Количество коробок для проводов, устанавливаемых в доме или квартире, прямо пропорционально количеству помещений и точек потребления электроэнергии. Первая (центральная) коробка монтируется в прихожей, чаще всего над угловым косяком входной двери. Коробки распределительные принято устанавливать под потолком, в 20–30 см от него. В центральную коробку заводятся фазовый, нулевой и (при наличии) заземляющий магистральный кабель от автоматического выключателя или УЗО распредщитка. В ней осуществляется разветвление на группу розеток и выключателей. Для освещения и питания электроприборов, которые включаются в розетку, используются кабели разного сечения. Поэтому и осуществляется разделение на две линии, для которых необходимо установить отдельные распределительные коробки.
Организуя электроснабжение квартиры по современным стандартам, вместо центральной коробки на вводе устанавливают квартирный щиток, к такой же схеме прибегают в частных домах. От щитка прокладывают линии в каждое помещение, где есть разветвительные коробки. Это удобнее, поскольку при необходимости проведения электромонтажных, ремонтных работ можно будет с помощью автомата на щитке обесточить конкретное помещение, конкретную группу. Если же на вводе в квартиру установлена монтажная коробка, обесточивать придется всю квартиру, используя выключатель на этажном щитке.
После разветвления магистральных кабелей на розеточную и осветительную группы делается разводка по помещениям, где тоже по мере необходимости монтируются распаечные коробки. Из коробки для проводов осветительной группы прокладывается провод к каждому выключателю, аналогично осуществляется запитка розеток от распредкоробки розеточной группы. Поскольку в каждом помещении зачастую один выключатель, но несколько розеток, в небольшой квартире от одной коробки группы освещения может выполняться разводка на все выключатели. А вот для группы розеток монтируется отдельная коробка на каждое помещение или группу помещений (например, по одной на каждую комнату и одна на все вспомогательные помещения).
Зачем нужны ответвительные коробки
Теоретически, можно обойтись без разветвления проводки, и вести все необходимые провода непосредственно от щитка. Но это значит, что из распредщита должны выходить провода, ведущие к каждому выключателю, каждой розетке, а их в квартире может быть больше десятка. Толщина пучка проводов получится внушительной, для наружной проводки понадобится большой короб, для скрытой – глубокая и широкая штроба. К тому же возрастет расход кабельно-проводниковой продукции, а это лишние затраты. Поэтому входящий фазный провод соединяют с фазными проводами, которые будут прокладываться на следующих участках. Если в комнату завели 1 провод, а запитать нужно 3 розетки, соединяется 4 провода. Так же поступают с нулем и заземлением.
Но места соединений, разветвлений непривлекательно выглядят. А в случае недостаточно плотного контакта проводов может произойти их перегрев и даже возгорание. Для решения этих проблем и предназначены распределительные коробки. Они:
маскируют места соединения (это важно, если проводка прокладывается открытым способом);
исключают непосредственный контакт соединения проводов с ограждающими конструкциями (стены, потолок, пол);
в случае воспламенения предупреждают распространение огня;
исключают случайное прикосновение к проводам без изоляции, поражение током.
Виды и конструкция распределительных коробок
Коробка ответвительная – это бокс, состоящий из корпуса и крышки. В корпусе есть отверстия для ввода проводов, они закрыты заглушками, которые легко удаляются. Также внутри или снаружи корпуса имеются монтажные отверстия, зажимные или распорные элементы. Крышка может фиксироваться на винтах, защелке. Коробка для кабелей может быть полой внутри или с клеммными колодками.
Распределительные коробки делятся на 2 большие группы:
для скрытой проводки, обычно бывают цилиндрической формы с защелкивающейся крышкой. Утапливаются в углубление в стене, проделанное с помощью дрели, перфоратора;
для открытой проводки, накладные, могут быть круглыми, прямоугольными, квадратными, обычно с винтовой фиксацией крышки.
У накладных моделей обычно есть крепежные ушки под винты снаружи корпуса, но могут они крепиться и через внутренние отверстия. Если такие коробки используются под натяжным потолком, в нем делается ревизионный люк для доступа к распредкоробке. Для монтажа в каркасных конструкциях, полых стенах из гипсокартона используются модели с лапками, усиками. Иногда осуществляется установка на тросовых натяжных линиях, такие модели тоже оснащены особыми крепежными элементами. Внутри сплошных стен коробки для скрытой проводки фиксируются раствором, дополнительно может использоваться винтовое крепление через внутренние монтажные отверстия. Коробки скрытой установки монтируются с таким расчетом, чтоб крышка находилась заподлицо с поверхностью стены, на нее наклеивают аналогичный отделочный материал.
Помимо способа монтажа и наличия-отсутствия клеммников распредкоробки подразделяются еще по ряду признаков:
по материалу – пластиковые, металлические, керамические;
по исполнению – обычные, брызгозащищенные, влагозащищенные, пылезащищенные. Модели с сальниками, уплотнителями в местах кабельных вводов, с герметичной крышкой могут использоваться в условиях высокой влажности, запыленности.
по размерам и количеству выходов (модель подбирают в соответствии с тем, на сколько точек нужно развести проводку).
Для электропроводки в квартире чаще всего используются бюджетные пластиковые модели (пластик прочный, термостойкий, не поддерживает горения). На промышленных, складских объектах – коробки из металла. А если в деревянном доме или квартире выполняется ретро проводка, рекомендуется использовать винтажные керамические распредкоробки.
