Здесь все знакомы, постоянно контактируют друг с другом, поэтому забор из веток, который больше декоративного характера, можно назвать настоящей находкой. Выглядит очень оригинально, а стоит очень мало. Забор из прутьев можно сделать достаточно просто своими руками, используя бросовый материал. Для этого подойдут ветки:
- рябины;
- березы;
- осины;
- ивы.
Плетение
Декоративный забор, выполненный методом плетения, можно очень просто сделать своими руками, для чего подойдет любой имеющийся материал.
Доски
Можно сделать самое вертикальное или горизонтальное соединение. Причем доски легко совмещать с металлом и кирпичом.

Штакетник
Хорошо строганые планки дают возможность плести их в как в вертикальном, так и в горизонтальном направлениях.
Тонкие гибкие ветки
Чтобы сделать ограждение своими руками, вполне подходят ветки любой толщины. Забор из веток является самым дешевым среди всех подобных изделий.
В качестве материала можно использовать ветки любых деревьев. Они могут быть сгруппированы в пучки или использоваться отдельно, если имеют большой размер.
Зеленые плетенки
Забор из ивовых веток, можно сделать своими руками. С наступлением весны ивовые ветки втыкают глубоко в землю. Происходит их укоренение, они начинают расти, получается живое плетение. 
Заготовительные работы
Чтобы сплести забор, необходимо сохранить ветки после того, как их обрезали. Для плетения подходят ветки различных плодовых деревьев:
- яблони:
- груши;
- сливы;
- вишни;
- рябины.
Можно также сплести забор своими руками из прутьев, срезанных в перелесках, которые расположены недалеко от дачного поселка.
Прутья срезаются хорошо наточенным садовым секатором под прямым углом.
Для получения плотного плетения нужно стараться выбирать прутья, имеющие небольшой диаметр, желательно менее двух сантиметров.
В результате забор будет глухим, не имеющим просветов.
Лучшим материалом для изготовления хорошего забора считается ивовая лоза. Она реализуется в специальных питомниках.
Чтобы сделать декоративный забор, мастера рекомендуют приобретать тонкую ивовую лозу, у которой диаметр менее одного сантиметра. 
Чтобы плести ограждение, нужно не забывать о кольях, которые составляют основу изгороди. Диаметр каждого колышка должен превышать пять сантиметров.
Чтобы ограждение получилось жестким и устойчивым, подбираются специальные горизонтальные жерди. Деревянные колья с успехом заменят:
- Стальные трубы;
- Уголок;
- Арматура;
- Пластмассовые трубы.
Прутья из ивы, нужно очистить, удалив кору, покрыть антисептическим составом, а затем покрасить подходящей морилкой. Красиво смотрятся ивовые прутья, имеющие белый цвет. Чтобы сделать такую окраску, прутья ивы, необходимо обработать перекисью водорода.
Вариант забора из веток ивы
Такую работу сделать своими руками очень просто. Перекись водорода наносится на ветку ивы с помощью тонкой кисти. После этого ветка должна вылежаться несколько дней. Такую операцию можно повторить несколько раз, чтобы получить эффект «белизны».
Методы плетения
Как уже было сказано выше, известно несколько методов плетения.
Вертикальное
Подготовленные прутья для горизонтального расположения монтируются между опорами, при этом выдерживается шаг, равный 20 сантиметрам. Затем между ними протягиваются прутья ивы, начиная с самого низа.

Горизонтальное
Этот способ плетения считается классическим. Прутья переплетаются «восьмеркой». Когда прутья ивы очень тонкие, перед плетением их собирают в пучки. Таким образом, пучок становится одной секцией.
Наклонное
Этот метод можно назвать дизайнерским ходом. Часть прутьев переплетается в диагональном направлении. Пользоваться таким способом лучше всего тем, кто смог сделать небольшие ограждения, например, дачной беседки.
Для получения большей прочности, места соединения прутьев нужно скрепить проволокой.
Как происходит горизонтальное плетение
Одним из важнейших моментов считается подготовительный процесс. Он достаточно трудоемок и кропотлив.
Для выполнения такой работы, необходимо иметь:
- лопату;
- секатор;
- молоток;
- нож;
- отвертку;
- шило.
Сначала натягивается леска, повторяющая линию будущего ограждения. Отмечаются места расположения опор.
Плетенная ограда сделанная методом горизонтального плетения
Подготавливаются столбики диаметром не менее 4 см. Для длительно срока эксплуатации лучше устанавливать металлические трубы, так как дерево быстро сгниет.
Глубина вкапывания опор должна достигать 50 сантиметров. Установка их выполняется с шагом в 30 см. Причем для большей надежности шаг в самом начале ограждения, а также в его конце, делается меньше.
Длина столба должна быть больше высоты забора на 20 см. Для высокого забора необходимо заготавливать толстые прутья.
Чтобы плетение было ровным, сверху на опору забора прикрепляют планку. Когда работы завершены, она убирается. Но если в дачном массиве часто дует сильный ветер, планку лучше не снимать.
Начинать плести ограждение нужно снизу. Перед начальной опорой оставляется самый толстый конец. Затем его переплетают со всеми последующими столбами. Получающиеся края веток должны оставаться только с одной стороны, что позволит их подровнять. 
Плетение второго ряда необходимо начинать со следующего столба.
Чтобы сделать забор более красивым и привлекательным, перед тем как начать работу, ветки можно покрасить или обработать лаком для сохранения цвета ивы. Лакокрасочное покрытие придаст изгороди повышенную стойкость.
После плетения четырех рядов изделие требует уплотнения. С этой целью недалеко от столба нужно постучать молотком по изгороди.
Нижняя часть забора, находящаяся рядом с землей, часто начинает подгнивать, из-за большой сырости. Чтобы этого не происходило, в самом низу прибиваются гвозди, которые не позволят изгороди сползать.
Аналогичную операцию, после завершения работы проделывают наверху опоры. Ветки ивы фиксируются гвоздями, чтобы на ее первоначальную форму не смогли повлиять атмосферные явления.

Разновидности веток ивы
Миндальная
Более всего подходит для создания плетенной ограды своими руками. Ее ценность состоит в легком удалении коры. Такие ветки, после прохождения обработки становятся бронзового оттенка.
Тальник
Ветки отличаются гладкой корой с красноватым оттенком. Забор получается красивым, но не очень прочным.
Конопляная
Ветки отличаются большой гибкостью. Плетение забора требует минимум времени. Наиболее подходят двухлетние ветки, имеющие, зеленоватый оттенок.
Лавролистная
Отличается толстой сердцевиной. Такой плетеный забор имеет повышенную прочность.
Козья
Самое лучшее дерево, чтобы сплести надежную ограду.
Подготовительные работы
Прежде чем воспользоваться технологическим процессом, описанным выше, необходимо выполнить подготовительные работы.
Сначала нужно отыскать подходящую лозу, для плетения изгороди. В большинстве случаев заготавливают ветки ивы двухлетнего возраста. Заготовку их нужно делать весной, пока дерево находится в состоянии покоя.
