Эффект на стенах в виде старого замка можно получить, используя декоративную штукатурку «Старый замок» от производителя Optimist Elite, благодаря которой можно создать неповторимый интерьер в комнате. Такая штукатурка придаст помещению таинственность и величие старины. Штукатурка для декорирования «Старый замок» эластичный материал, содержащий песок во фракциях. Это дает возможность создавать стены максимально объемной фактуры.
Данный материал имеет крупную структуру, за счет чего поверхность получается шероховатой и грубой. Для нее практически всегда необходимо выполнять декоративную финишную отделку. Покрытая такой декоративной штукатуркой стена замечательно имитирует шероховатую поверхность из камня как внешне, так и на ощупь. Используя декоративную штукатурку “Старый замок” моно получить разнообразные эффекты, например, каменную стену, поверхность как у луны или даже застывшую лаву. Данный материал применяют для внутренних работ, и для него не требуется проведение идеального выравнивания поверхности стен. Однако, нужно выравнивать ее хотя бы до визуальной степени ровной поверхности, поскольку начальный выравнивающий слой штукатурки обойдется намного меньше по стоимости, чем штукатурка “Старый замок”.
Поскольку декоративную штукатурку “Стрый замок” накладывают на стены остаточно толстым слоем, то благодаря этому удается замаскировать мелкие дефекты на стенах. Его применение допустимо для всех видов поверхностей, выполненных из цементной штукатурки, гипсокартонных панелей, бетона, кирпича и для иных минеральных поверхностей.
Такой вид штукатурки можно применять как для жилых, так и для нежилых помещений, но таких, которые отапливаются в зимнее время. Покрытие, которое образует декоративная штукатурка “Старый замок” является дышащим и экологичным.
Чтобы подготовить поверхность стен для нанесения “Старого замка” необходимо выполнение следующих действий:
стены выравниваются до необходимой степени;
поверхность грунтуется с помощью грунтовки глубокого проникновения;
наносится один слой акриловой укрывающей грунтовки;
затем можно нанести на потолок и на стены сам материал “Старый замок”.
Необходимые для работы инструменты и материалы
Для того чтобы получить нужный эффект помимо самого материала потребуется также следующие материалы и инструменты:
ванночка;
ведро с водой;
различные валики;
шлифовальная терка;
нержавеющие шпатели;
шпательпомощник;
пластиковая терка;
миксер для красок или электрическая дрель с насадкой миксера;
шлифовальная вибрационная машина;
венецианская кельма из нержавеющей стали;
кисти;
велюровый валик;
фактурный валик;
перламутры и декоративные лаки;
декоративные блестки и иные материалы в соответствии со способом нанесения.
Расход материала при этом достигает 1-2,2 килограмм на квадратный метр в зависимости от способа нанесения. На высыхание каждого из слоев отводится как минимум по 24 часа.
Характеристики декоративной штукатурки «Старый город» и область ее применения
Как было сказано ранее, рельефная штукатурка «Старый город» используется для создания разнообразных стилизованных покрытий, к примеру, для придания стенам в городской квартире вид кладки из древних камней. Благодаря такой отделке интерьер вызывает ассоциации, связанные со средневековыми замками, о чем и говорит непосредственно название материала. Однако, на этом возможности такой декоративной штукатурки не заканчиваются. Используя различные методы ее нанесения можно получать эффекты лунной поверхности и древесной коры. Состав штукатурки включает себя акриловый латекс, а также содержит песок с фракциями, загуститель, воду и функциональные добавки. Такое фактурное покрытие можно назвать экологически чистым, та как оно не выделяет практически никакого запаха как при нанесении, так и при высыхании. Штукатурка пожаро и взрывобезопасна.
Декоративную штукатурку «Старый замок» выпускают уже готовой к применению. Ее консистенция позволяет получить оригинальную и красивую отделку без какихлибо сложностей. Она имеет вид белой густой пасты. Материал расфасовывается упаковками по 7 или по 15 килограмм. Состав может наноситься на большинство видов минеральных поверхностей.
Товар хранится и транспортируется при температуре +530 градусов Цельсия в оригинальной упаковке. Допускается хранение или транспортировка при низкой температуре до -25 градусов Цельсия, но не больше, чем в течение одного месяца. При нанесении обрабатываемая поверхность, а также температура воздуха в помещении должны быть в пределах +5-30 градусов Цельсия. Время для полного высыхания колеблется в рамках 24-72 часов и зависит от толщины слоя, наносимого на стены.
Нет необходимости в колеровке материала в массе для данного метода нанесения. Для того чтобы выполнить финишную отделку поверхности стен, нужно колеровать акриловый лак того же производителя марки «Оптимист» с помощью декоративной добавки (серебро + золото).
Процесс подготовки поверхности под штукатурку «Старый замок«
Используя рельефное покрытие производителя «Оптимист«, основание не нуждается в тщательной подготовке, так как незначительные дефекты и мелкие изъяны поверхности будут замаскированы под самим материалом.
Подложка предварительно очищается от грязи, пыли, от частиц, непрочно держащихся на ней, и иных лишних веществ, которые могут ухудшить адгезию, то есть сцепление материалов между собой. Основание выравнивается и шпаклюется подходящим для поверхности латексным составом. После на стены наносится грунтовка глубокого проникновения и укрывающая грунтовка марки 500 OptimistElite.
Техника нанесения декоративной штукатурки «Старый замок«
Для нанесения штукатурки для декорирования «Старый замок«, необходимо выполнить следующие действия:
первый слой наносится с помощью кельмы равномерны слоем;
когда материал еще не просох, поверхность прокатывают меховым валиком, чтобы создать эффект «шубы«;
далее продукт наносят по сырому материалу островками при помощи кельмы.
Стадия финишной отделки стен
Готовое покрытие следует отшлифовать, чтобы устранить все неровности и «гребешки«. Данная процедура может быть выполнена с помощью шлифовальной терки с размером зерна 20-30 либо с помощью шлифовальной вибрационной машинки. Оставшуюся после этого пыль можно удалить щеткой или пылесосом. Для создания основного тона поверх штукатурки необходимо нанести колерованный акриловый лак производителя «Оптимист«. Чтобы избежать появления стыков, лак следует наносить по всей обрабатываемой поверхности сразу от одного угла к другому. Нужно оставить поверхность, чтобы она полностью просохла. При работе используется кисточка или меховой валик. можно дополнительно растирать покрытие губкой для придания еще больше выраженного эффекта «состаренности«. Лак высыхает примерно за 12 часов. Чтобы проявить рисунок с помощью велюрового валика на высохшую поверхность наносят краску для обоев марки «Оптимист«. Причем прокрашивать необходимо только те части рисунка, которые выступают над поверхностью стены. На этом поверхность стен с эффектом «Старого замка» можно считать готовой.
